HOW TO EXTEND DIMINISHED CHORDS!

This is so easy!
Cowboy trick: Play a diminished chord in your right hand - move your 5.th finger a whole step up
and now you have a diminished chord with a maj 7 extension. This can be used on every inversion
of the diminished chord.

Take a look:

You will find the diminished chord in the 8 note scale using the intervals whole step (1) - half step
() in this case Co7 playing every second note C Eb - F# (Gb) A.

You will find the chord extensions a whole step above the chord notes. In this case D (9) F (11)
G# (b13 or #5) and B (). These 4 notes form a Bo7 which is the same as Do7, Fo7 and G#o7.
Co7 Extensions forming a o7-chord a step below the chord notes

Try this cowboy trick on all diminished chord! It sounds overwhelming but I will tell you a secret
there are only 3 diminished chords!
