V Fest is the largest youth festival in

the country that has a Pan India
presence. The property travels
through over 3000 colleges touching
more than 3mn students. V Fest, over
the years has well known faces like
Mika, Farhan, Dino Morea, Neha
Dhupia, Rohan Sippy, Edward Maya
and many more associated with it.
Its a platform for the youth of the
country to showcase their talent.
Now, in its fifth year V Fest is all set to
create new milestones and change

Cool rockstar bands are hard to come by. Get

access to the band life with Vfests LaunchPad,
a platform for Indias awesome up and coming
music crews to make everyone rock and roll!

could be an original or a cover.
All Bands are allowed to register.
You DO NOT need to be in the same college

1. Each participant must register on the VFest website to

complete the registration.
2. Entries received after the last date of registration
mentioned will not be considered.
Eligibility for NCE and OTSE entries is on a first come first
serve basis.
3. Substitution of team members between zonals and finals
is strongly discouraged. If necessary, the core committees
decision on the above will be final and binding.
4. The prop list, song list, lyrics, tech requirements etc. should
be submitted beforehand wherever applicable.
5. Excessive vulgarity or obscenity will lead to
disqualification.
6. Any music to be submitted or to be brought as a
background score, minus one tracks should be in .mp3
format and uploaded directly on vfest.in or through
Youtube/Soundcloud links
7. Any video to be submitted should be in .mp4 format
and uploaded directly on vfest.in or through
Youtube/Vimeo links for video files.The maximum resolution
of a video file should be 720 X 576
8. Any image to be submitted should be in jpeg format.
9. The maximum size should be 15 MB.
10. Wild Card entries, if any, will be at the discretion
of the organizing committee.
11. College assistants, participant helpers, etc.
are not sponsored by VFest i.e. they arrange
for their own travel and accommodation.

13. All rules are subject to change at the
discretion of the organizers.
GENERAL VENUE RULES
The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers.
1. Organizers will not be liable in whatsoever way, for any loss

of belongings, damage or loss of vehicles, bodily injuries or
death due to personal negligence, or any untoward
incidents whatsoever, that may occur.
2. Basic medication allowed only with relevant prescription.
3. Security has the right to eject anyone not complying with

the rules or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
4. The Venue is a drugs free zone. Narcotics & illegal

contrabands of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the
venue.
5. The organizers reserve the right to frisk the ticket holders &
their belongings at the entry point, & at any given point of
time for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
6. ID/Age proof to be in bodily possession at all times along

with your tickets.
7. Wristbands to be worn at all times till the

end of the festival.
8. Outside food, beverages, alcohol,

cigarettes, match boxes, lighters, any
inflammable substances, fire arms,
any weapons / sharp objects are strictly
prohibited into the festival.
9. All rules are subject to change at the

discretion of the organizers.

The young and dynamic Rahul Rivoncar, who holds a degree in
Electronic & Telecommunications engineering. His journey with
Vfest (Indiafest was what it was called when he joined) is a very
humble journey as every year he rose through the ranks from
being a Campus Manager to now being the Zonal Manger of
Goa. He's extremely passionate about football and will not miss
any Manchester United & FC Goa matches. In his free time he
runs the famous Rivonkar's Aquaculture Farm located in Goa. In
his academic lifetime he was part of the school governing
council. He has been a part of the organizing committee of
many intercollegiate events at his college. Rahul was also part of
power lifting squad and has represented his college for athletics
at State Level competitions. With his out of the box thinking and
zeal to get the job done he aims to make Vfest the best event
yet and make sure students will be talking about it for months
after its over.

Gaurav Arora has been working with Letsintern from almost 2
years now, and in this span of time, has handled various projects
and displayed his knack at team management. Quick witted,
versatile, multi-tasker are some of the qualities to boost up his
profile. A hard working individual with a huge supporter of
processes and systems in his work, but,
somehow manages to derive fun in it.
He is a movie buff, foodie and a Manchester
United Fan. Hailing from Mumbai, Gaurav
