Click the NE Time Synchronization tab.

In the physical view, select the NE whose time needs to be synchronized, and then
click .
When you need to synchronize the NE time with the NMS time, set the time
synchronization mode and the related parameters.
Set Synchronous Mode to NM.
Click Apply.

Note:
When you need to synchronize the NE time with the time on the NMS server, the
time zone and time must be set correctly on the PC or server running the NMS
software.

Configure the performance monitoring parameters of the NEs.
Select 15-Minute and 24-Hour.
Select Enabled in Set 15-Minute Monitoring and Set 24-Hour Monitoring.
Set the start time and end time of the performance monitoring of NEs.
Note:
This operation can be performed only once after completing commissioning .

2 The Clock View displays the clock tracing relationship between NEs.
The arrow direction in the Clock View indicates the clock tracing direction.
The number displayed on the continuous line indicates the priority of the traceable
clock. The smaller the number, the higher the priority. The Clock View displays the
line clock source IDs only. Internal clock sources are numbered, but their IDs are not
displayed in the Clock view.
Choose View > Display Setting > Legend from the main menu to browse
meanings of the icons and colors in the Clock View

shortcut menu. Details about the clock link are displayed in the lower part of the
window.

Set Activate Type to With Service Interruption and select Deliver To Board Activate.

After the data is recovered, Operation Status displays a message, indicating that
the operation is successful.
In NE View, right-click the NE and choose Active Database from the shortcut
menu.
The Active Database dialog box is displayed.
Click Start to start activating the database.
In NE View, Operation Status indicates the progress of activating the database.
After the database is activated, Operation Status indicates that the operation is
successful.

1 In Running Status of the U2000, right-click the board where the cold reset needs
to be performed.
Choose Cold Reset from the shortcut menu.
Then, the dialog box is displayed.
