MISSION
Incharge of the Pastry Section
under the guidance of Head Chef,
leading a team of bakery and
pastry professional.
Participate in the production of
pastries and desserts - oven-
baked, puddings, ices, chocolate,
bread - in line with the technical
guidelines and the brand's know-
how, and deadlines.
Ensure consistency and highest
quality in food taste, temperature
and presentation and the quality
and cleanliness of all food displays
with maximum creativity.
You implement the AccorHotels
Food Safety Management
System/HACCP
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Similar position experience and
working in Maldives / remote
location / resort environnement with
pre opening exposure is desirable.
Culinary Skills with knowledge of
food safety with a positive service
attitude are essential; along with
the highest levels of professional
and personal integrity.
