COURSE OUTLINE
Precourse(01-week): Foundation courses on
Millions of psychometric tests are administered
in India everyday but very few of those who are
administering or interpreting them are qualified
to do so. Since 2011, The Psychometric World
is conducting Psychometric Certification
Courses (e-learning and in-person workshops)
to spread the scientifically accurate, socially
sensitive and legally defensible ways of
administering and using tests in occupational
settings. The course adheres to the curriculum
prescribed by the National Academy of
Psychology (NAoP), India and European
Federation of Psychologists Associations
(EFPA) and accredited by the Indian Institute of
Business Psychology (IIBP).
On successful completion of the course,
candidates are certified to have demonstrated
the COMPETENCIES needed to administer and
interpret psychometric tests in occupational
settings.

Workshop Day-1: Introduction to testing. Principles
of psychological measurement, types of tests,
properties of tests, reliability, validity, fairness,
selecting tests, test based prediction, test
administration.
Day-2:Practical ability and Aptitude Testing with
ATB, IQ Test, CRT, TST. Methods for ensuring test
fairness, confidentiality, and equal opportunities.
Day-3: Practical personality testing with WPI-Pro,
OII-Pro, EQiP, BF5+ and PTI-Pro. Personality test
interpretation and feedback to the candidate and
decision maker.
Follow up(04-weeks):Work based assignments, e-
learning modules, access to online testing system to
administer tests and generate report for gaining
competence as per IIBP criteria.
