automatically be included once the CR is created.

2. Click Next then Submit.

3. Update Incident ticket in ITSM Change status to Pending Emergency Change. Email user to
inform him/her of the status.
4. Update the Incident Ticket to the new naming convention (TCODE Description)

Note : You can update the Test ID later on. Instruction indicated in Step 18 of this Manual.

Scheduled Downtime Start and End Should fall on a Thursday, 9AM 12NN.

Note : Since the CR is a Trusted Change, all Compliance will be set to Low

 6. Save! Wait until you get the DCAB approval and an email is sent if the CR will be included in the
next Weekly Release. Example email seen below.

7. Include your Trusted Change in the tracker.

8. Create your Story in Jira (jira.mmm.com). A different training is needed for Jira. Make sure you
are in FTS/MTD Overall Board.

 18. Do the Same but now for PIT (QA) folder

19. Click on the Details Tab of Each Test and Take note of the Test Set ID. This will be inputted in the
CR later On.

20. Click on the Test. Right Click and Copy URL. You will post this URL in the CR later on.

 21. For Test ID, Click on the Test Plan and look for the Proper Test Plan applicable to your change.

22. Go Back to ITSM and update the Test SET ID and URL. Save.

 23. After Saving, click on the request t-Cab approval

24. Send an email to QTM (bt-qtm-support@mmm.com) to approve the Test Set ID we have created
in HPALMQC. Once Approved, changes are no longer allowed for the Test SET ID.

25. Go to Charm Create Normal Change ZMMJ Normal Production Rail

26. Fill up the necessary details including test Plan ID.

30. Click Transport Request. You may change the description to S 3000002998: C240967 - Update
MRP Controller 6037 and 4049. In this Jobaid, I changed it later on in SE10 instead.

 36. Update the CR ticket and put the Charm Number in the CR. Make Sure you have the HP ALM ID,
Config ID, NA if not Not Applicable (not N/A).

37. FUT Testing in HPALMQC. FUT Testing is done in DR1 301.

38. After FUT Testing, Email Tech Specialist (Krishna Vishnubhatla. In PH Dennis Alfonso)
Requesting to move to Charm to Status 4.

39. Once CHARM is in status 4, email QTM to move CHARM to Status 5.

 41. Once QTM moves the Charm Status to 5, Do PIT Testing in HPALMQC. Transport is now in QR1.
42. After Successful PIT Testing, go back to Charm and Click Set Status to Send for
Validation to move it to Status 6. SAVE

done doing PIT Testing in HPALMQC.

offline.
