SF-3, SF-7 and SF-11: For Small To Large Production


Of Free Flowing And Japanese Style Coated Products
The SF Series is capable of filtering particles down to 60 microns, making all
three SF models ideal for free flowing and Japanese style coatings. Developed to
be the successor to older style paper filters, the SF Series has a unique woven
stainless steel cloth filter belt and a highly efficient pump system which ensures
positive removal of particulates and high volume filtration.

Continuous Frying Operations
The MSF design features a three stage filtering process: Stage one: Continuous
coarse filtration through a 1/8" pitch flat flex belt - designed to eliminate large
particles from the system. Stage two: Ultra fines filtration down to 15 microns is
accomplished via a pressure differential cyclone filter utilizing the principle
of centrifugal separation. The clean oil exits directly back to the fryer while
the sediment-laden oil is delivered directly to the third and final stage.
Stage three: The heavy sediment is continuously removed from the fryer-filter
system through a 60 micron stainless steel woven belt. The filtered oil from this
step is redirected through the hydro-cyclone for further fines removal.

MX Series: For Flour Coated And Homestyle Coated Products


The MX Series has no competition. Using centrifugal force, particulates at the
single digit micron level are removed from the frying oil to extend the useable life
of the oil. By extending oil life, free fatty acid buildup is reduced up to 50%.
Oil lost in sediment is also reduced by up to 50%. The micro fine filtration of the
MX makes it ideal for flour coated and homestyle coated products.
