3. DESCRIPCION DE LA OPERACIN ANTERIOR AL INCIDENTE

Siendo las 16:00 hrs. del da 12 de septiembre de 2016, al estar instalando un porton corrediso y al no estar
totalmente soldado en la parte inferior del mismo en la estructura con las ruedas (solo punteado), el porton se
desprende con los movimientos realizados y cae arriba del trabajador Carlos Humberto Ligues.
En ese momento solo estaban laborando el soldador y el como ayudante.

3.1 DESCRIPCION EN LA ATENCION DEL INCIDENTE

Aprox. a las 16:39 hrs. se da el incidente con el trabajador Carlos Ligues el cual al caerle el porton que
estaban instalando en Alsur, recibe el apoyo del personal de seguridad Vynmsa y el guardia de seguridad de
Alsur, se revisan sus condiciones fisicas para descartar daos mayores, a las 16:45 se solicita a compaero
de seguridad Vynmsa traiga el botiquin medico y se realizan curaciones en codo izquierdo y lesiones
Personal de Alsur via telefonica solicita la presencia de servicios medicos, llegando proteccion civil a las 18 hrs
aproximadamente, hacen revision de la persona y solicitan via radio ambulancia nuevamente, al no llegar esta
se toma la descicion para que el trabajador sea trasladado por el contratista aproximandamente a las 18:45 hrs.
4.ATENCION MEDICA Y MEDIDAS CORRECTIVAS

DICTAMEN MEDICO De acuerdo al formato ST-7 del IMSS, el trabajador presenta un esguince
cervical, trauma toraxico cerrado. Este deber traer collarin cervical por un tiempo
de 5 dias y se valorara por traumatologia, se le otorga medicamento
desinflamatorio y dolor. De momento estara incapacitado.

ACCION CORRECTIVA Se utilizo un polipasto mecanico para sostener los portones que se van a
INMEDIATA instalar.

ACCIONES A IMPLEMENTAR EN EL FUTURO SE LE SOLICITARAN AL CONTRATISTA QUE AL MOMENTO

QUE SE VAYAN A INSTALAR ESTE TIPO DE ESTRUCTURAS ESTOS
LLEVEN CONTRAVIENTOS REMOVIBLES PARA EVITAR SU CAIDA EN EL
PROCESO DE INSTALACION
