Happy Feet
I, like most women, am not kind to my feet. I
jam them in heels all day, go running at night,
and can go for four-plus weeks between
pedicure appointments (thanks to the staying
power of gel-polish). While I can be tough on
my hands too, its my manicures that get all the
love. Putting together this issue reminded me
of all thats possible when it comes to nail art for
both hands and feet. Show your toenails some
extra love by trying something new at your next
salon visit. Here are my recommendations:
1. Glittery toes (a.k.a. rockstar toes):
Techs use a highly saturated gel or additives
to achieve this look. I especially love wearing a
glitzy pedicure to Vegas.
2. Color-changing gel-polish or lacquer:
Sometimes this polish is referred to as mood polish and

for the beach, as temperatures and lighting can change

3. Nail art: This isnt just for your hands! Just think: you
