QUOTATION FOR SHIPMENT OF SCRAP METAL FROM PALAU TO CIKADING

1. Further to the above, we are pleased to offer the quotation and terms and conditions as below
for the above services;
1.1 Vessel Capacity : Twin-Scrwe Tug Boat 1200HP JUARA
Barge 3,300DWT ( 230 ft x 60ft x 14ft ) ACHEH MAJU
1.2 Cargo : Scrap Metal ( min 5,500 MT )
1.3 Freight : RM 58.50 ( Ringgit Fifty Eight and Cents Fifty Only )
Per Metric Ton
FREE IN / FREE OUT BASIS
1.4 Loading Port : Palau
1.5 Discharging Port : Cikading
1.6 Period of Loading/ : Not exceeding four ( 4 ) calendar days inclusive of
Discharging weekends & public holidays for each loading & discharging
operation. Thereafter demurrage at daily rate RM 3000.00 shall
be charged throughout the duration of delay.
1.7 Laytime : To commence at 1300H if vessels arrive before noon and at
0800H next working day if vessels arrive afternoon
1.8 Charter Party Terms : As per Fixture Note which shall be forwarded to you upon
and conditions confirmation of service

 1.9 Expenses Excluded At Load / Discharge Port : Shipping Agency, Pilotage,
Wharfage, Cargo Survey And Insurance, Freight Forwading Services, Crane Services,
Berth Shifting, Port Dues, Terminal Handling Services, Berth Occupancy, Vessel On/Off
Hire Survey, Cargo Storage, Cargo/Draft Survey, Cargo Dues, Stevedorage, Lashing An
Unlashing, Customs Duty, Cargo Transhipment, Cargo Towing Survey And All Permits
And Withholding Taxes And Expenses At Charterers Account.
1.10 Payment terms:
1.10.1 Thirty Percent ( 30% ) upon confirmation of service
1.10.2 Twenty percent ( 20 % ) upon arrival of vessels at load port
1.10.3 Fifty percent ( 50 % ) upon arrival of vessels at discharge port
1.10.4 Mode of payment in Malaysian Currency:
By Telegraphic Transfer or LC to Malayan Banking Bhd
