I. Information on applicant {Maximum 3-4 pages}

1. Legal status of your organisation/company (registration under Companies Act or


Trade Licence) with year of establishment.

Please provide copies of the following documents as attachments to the EOI.


Attachment 1 - Profile of your training institute.
Attachment 2 - Copy of valid registration certificate of the organization/ company or
institute i.e. certificate of incorporation, trade licence etc.
Attachment 3 - Evidence of official bank account of your organization i.e. a bank
certificate from the bank.
Attachment 4 - Copy of VAT and/or TIN registration certificate1.
Attachment 5 - Copy of external audit report, if any, or financial statements of the last
two years.

Please mention if your organisation is operating under the rules and regulations of
Non-Government Organisation (NGO)s in Bangladesh.

1 In case of no VAT or TIN registration, the PTPs can still apply for this EOI but the contract with such PTPs will
be made only after having TIN and/or VAT registration.
6. Do you have any donor funded project? If yes, please describe about the project,

6. Who are your proposed target trainee beneficiaries? How will you ensure a high
proportion of women, poor and disadvantaged groups?

IV. Capacity of the Organisation {Maximum 1 page}


1. What are the gaps in capacity and available training tools and equipment, which you feel
your organisation currently has? What kind of technical supports would you like to get
from Sudokkho to deliver quality skills training?
Criteria for evaluating the Expression of Interest(EOI):
EOI will be evaluated in a two-step process, as follows:
Step 1: Determining that applicant and the Expression of Interest(EOI) is eligible for SEP-B
funding by considering the following two aspects.
1. Is the applicant eligible to receive Sudokkho funding? (Being a legitimate for-profit
organisation with valid and current registration under the Companies Act or with a
Trade Licence, and not operating under the auspices of an NGO).

Step 2: If the answers to the above aspect are positive, then the EOI will be evaluated
according to the following criteria.

Does the Project fit with the current SEP-B context and emerging priorities?
