you slide the second-row seats forward with one hand (right) for easy
access to the third-row seat. A second-row bench seat, standard on SL
and available on other models, gives Acadia room for eight. For seven-
passenger seating, choose available second-row captain’s chairs (shown)
and you get a generous aisleway with even easier access to the third row.
The contoured third-row seat has room for three adults, with 57 inches

a decade of innovative development, it is both a highly advanced
technology — fully integrated within the vehicle — and a warm human service.
One year of the OnStar Directions & Connections plan is standard. In addition
to the convenience of Hands-Free Calling,1 it also includes Automatic Crash
Response (see page 19), Stolen Vehicle Assistance,2 link to Emergency Services,
Roadside Assistance, Remote Door Unlock,2 OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, Crisis
Assist and Remote Horn and Lights. It also includes Turn-by-Turn Navigation3
(see right). OnStar services require vehicle electrical system (including battery),
wireless service and GPS satellite signals to be available and operating for
