Primero, debe llegar hasta el cruce de la calle Rafaela
Ibarra (n 1) con calle Botica Vieja (n23) en la cual
ver el edificio del Tigre tal y como muestra la
siguiente fotografa:

1. Park the car in any parking space in the
street (on the green line OTA service, first 15
minutes free, but it is necessary to take a
free ticket from the nearest OTA machine)
OR one person may stay in the car while the
garage keys are picked up from the
apartment. Follow the steps:
Place in front of the doorway 1A and call to
the intercom 1B
The main entrance door will open
automatically
Go inside and place in front of the second
door and call again the intercom to 1B
The 2nd door will open automatically.
Go to the first floor and place in front of
the apartment door.

2. Go to the garage entrance (passing the
Toyota establishment) and follow the
instructions to locate the parking space
on the -1 floor, number 110:
Place the plastic key on the device to open the
vehicle access door.

quede en el coche mientras se van a recoger las
llaves del parking de la siguiente forma:
Situarse frente a la primera puerta del portal
1A y llamar al portero 1B.

Acceder al portal y situarse frente a la segunda
puerta y llamar al portero 1B.
[se abre la segunda puerta del portal]
Subir a la primera planta y situarte delante de
la puerta 1B.

2. Dirigirse al garaje, que est nada ms pasar
el concesionario de coches de la marca
Toyota, y seguir las siguientes indicaciones
para localizar la parcela de garaje ubicada en
la planta -1 con el nmero de parcela 110:
Coloque la llave de plstico de la siguiente forma
para que se abra la puerta de acceso a vehculos del
garaje
Get to the -1 floor of the garage. Acceda a la planta -1 del garaje

Turn right following the sign: Nada ms bajar girar a la derecha tal y como marca
la flecha:
Go straight ahead to the end of the Ahora vaya hasta el fondo de la recta

apartment.
It is a residential building, please do
not be noisy between 23:00h to
8:00h.
DEPOSIT
The establishment requires credit card
details which will be used only in case of
damages in the apartment.
We reserve the right to preauthorise the
credit card provided.
CHECK-OUT
Please leave the keys on the same
place you took them (in case of no
return, it will be charged 10 per
missing set of keys).
Please leave the kitchen and furniture
in the same conditions as you found
them.
Cleaning service is included on the
reservation price. If there is an
unusual use of the apartment that
implies extra cleaning service, an
extra of 15/hour for cleaning service
will be charged.

FIANZA
El establecimiento requiere los datos de una
tarjeta de crdito que ser utilizada nicamente
en caso de desperfectos en el apartamento.
La direccin se reserva el derecho de
preautorizar las tarjetas de crdito.
Al realizar el check-out:
Dejar las llaves en el mismo sitio que se
cogieron (en caso de no devolucin de
cargar 10 por cada juego de llaves
que falte)
Dejar cocina recogida, as como el resto
de mobiliario donde lo encontr.
El servicio general de limpieza se
encuentra incluido en el precio de la
reserva. Dicha limpieza es la que
corresponde al uso normal del
apartamento. Si se requiere servicio
extra de limpieza se cargar 15/hora
por hora precisada.
