Answer incoming calls, chat lines and emails from students requesting further information about graduation or Degree
Planning processes and updates.
Prepare, organize coordinate, maintain, complete and file student graduation applications and Service Members
Opportunity Colleges (SOC) Consortium agreements to ensure accurate records.

Research each student data to make sure they are qualified to move forward, pull transcripts and correspond with
them to quickly resolve any outstanding issues with their applications/requests.

Extensive data entry and auditing of official academic plans and graduation applications for military, military
dependents and corporate students into FIN and BANNER.
Scan and create a portable document format (PDF) file of academic worksheets, import student records into BDMS
