Developed a schedule that reduced class sizes in the midst of a major budget reduction
Made necessary staffing changes based on performance to transition from 5 section assignments to 6 section assignments for
teachers.
Successfully proposed staffing additions to implement an RtI platform to support students whose reading, behavior, and math
deficits impede their learning
Supported PLC sto complete the alignment of core courses to the CCRS and CCS.
Utilized data to develop strategic plans and team goals that will benefit from short cycle data reviews.
Nurtured a culture to establish a distributive leadership model that takes full advantage of the expertise in our school community
Partnered with the community as a commissioner on the Parks and Recreation Committee
Facilitated town hall style meetings with stakeholder groups to review and ultimately rewrite the district activity code
Engaged the community in fundraising efforts exceeding through East 2010, Friends of Fine Arts, Spartan Athletic Booster Club, and
the PTO resulting in more than $1 million toward targeted district needs
Teamed with Athletic Directors to write a template for a coaches manual that can be used by Athletic Administrators throughout
Wisconsin
Balanced an athletic and activities budget comprised of district funds and revenues for eight consecutive years.
Trained and served as an Examiner for the Baldridge Performance Excellence Program
Actively participated on a multitude of district level committees including budget reduction, public relations, and policy reviews
