Served as the project liaison for a $32 million renovation of Brookfield East spanning over two school years while the building was
occupied.
Spearheaded policy changes to raise standards in co-curricular programs including a zero F policy and stringent attendance
requirements requiring students to attend every hour of school to be eligible to practice or compete co curricular activities.
Contributed repeatedly on selection committees for teachers and administrators throughout the district

Facilitated town hall style meetings with stakeholder groups to review and ultimately rewrite the district activity code
Engaged the community in fundraising efforts exceeding through East 2010, Friends of Fine Arts, Spartan Athletic Booster Club, and
the PTO resulting in more than $1 million toward targeted district needs
