Advantages of Automation
Continuous measurement gives
repetitive results
Stable Control over Narrow band of
operation
Optimize use of Electrical energy and
Chemicals.
Sample measured is a true
representative of process
Know the status at any stage
Plant can run with less manpower
Centralized information, possible to
analyze

METERS
Why MAGMETER??
liner
tube
NO Obstruction inside:Nothing
can be caught!!
Same Dia as mating pipe:No
Additional pressure drop!!

NO Moving Parts: No wear &

tear!!
Electrode With Different Liners we
achieve
High Chemical resistance
Long Lifetime even with
aggressive,abrasive slurries

Also well proven for

Measurement of sludges
Dosing of flocculants

Treated Effluent:

Grease/Phenol/Turbidity/
Ammonia/Nitrate/Nitrite/Phosphorous
Sludge Level Control
Controlling a Desludgeing pump with Timer is not as
good as Sludge Level Blanket Control
Heavy sludge loading can overwhelm the timer
controlled desludging pump allowing the sludge to slip
from top while the blanket level controller maintains the
sludge level within high & low set points.
Sludge loading varies widely from
Day /Night
Weekdays
Summer / winter
Control Desludge pumps by sludge blanket Control NOT
