Jungle Safari
NRDA has earmarked a land parcel admeas-
uring 797 acres for the development of
Jungle Safari.

Snow Park
Sector- 24
Indoor
Snow Area: 10,000 sq. ft.
Temperature: Below -5 degree Celsius
NRDA has earmarked a land parcel admeas-
uring 1 hectare for the development of
Snow Park. Snow Park would have facilities
such as snow slides/rides, snow caf, snow
fall, snow playing area, etc. The proposed
Snow Park would serve as a major attraction
not only for people residing in Naya
Raipur and Raipur but also for population
across Chhattisgarh state.
Toy Train
Sector -24
NRDA intends to develop a Toy Train
project at Central Park with a length of
around 1,200m. A Right-of-Way (RoW) of
about 3m width along the periphery of
the Central Park has been kept for the
laying of tracks for the proposed Toy
Train. Total length of the RoW is around
2,774m, about half of which lies on
either side of the Park and is connected
through a tunnel.

Amusement Park
Sector -24
NRDA has earmarked a land parcel
admeasuring 51.96 acres for the devel-
opment of Amusement Park. The soul of
the park Jhanjh Lake is already present
and its greening work is in full swing.
The area would need a restaurant (10%
of the land) shopping complex (5% of
the land) and water sports facilities (70%
of the area). Developers of bowling
alleys, roller coasters, bumping car
zones and indoor arcades have a big
opportunity.
Theme Township
Sector -38
Built on the PPP model on 250 acres of
land, the theme township will be close to
the Khandwa Lake and will face the golf
course as well as the jungle safari.
Logistics Hub
Naya Raipur is situated at the junction of
two national highways (30 and 53). With a
world class airport and under construction
rail link it has all the factors needed to
emerge as a logistics hub for Indian compa-
nies and those from the Asia-Pacific region.
To realise this dream the Chhattisgarh
Government has signed MoU with the
Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) for
setting up INR 200 crore multi model logistic
hub (MMLH) dry port at Naya Raipur.
The hub, proposed to be constructed on an
area of 40.67 Ha will be completed in the
next three years.

NRDA intends to develop Club House over
the area of 9.41 acres. The club house will
offer sports, fitness, lounge, theatres, retail
and service apartment facilities. It would be
developed on the PPP model.
