    SIR:

    Barangay XXX will again celebrating its Annual Fiesta this coming July 15-16, 2015 in
    honor of Seora XXX for the abundant blessings she had given. Along with this,
    several jubilant activities will be held which will need extra security personnel to
    guarantee peace and order in our area.

    As the Hermana Mayor, I would like to request from your good office to provide us
    police security. We will appreciate if you can deploy one (1) team of your police
    personnel for the duration of the event for security purposes.

    Your positive response on this request is highly appreciated.
