IhereinrequestthatyouperformyourdutiesasChairmanoftheCentralElection
Committee,andascertainthattheCommitteecomplieswiththeFreedomof
InformationAct.
Foryears,theCommitteeclaimedthatitwasexemptfromtheAct.However,
followinganamendmenttotheAct,theCommitteewassubjectedtotheActnearthe
endof2016.
OnDecember14,2016,IfiledaFOIArequestpertainingtointegrityofITsystemsof
theCommitteeanddulypaidthefees.TheCommitteesJanuary12,2017Response
(1/1214/16thenumberisperceivedasfake),shouldbedeemeddeceitandbreach
oftrustjointlybyCEOAttorneyOrlyAdas,LegalCounselAttorneyDeanLivneh,and
FOIAOfficerAttorneyAleadNaveh.
OnAugust15,2017,onAugust29,2017,andonSeptember03,2017,Ifiled
additionalFOIArequestsallpertainingtotheCommitteesITsystemsandduly
paidthefees.However,regardlessofrepeatinquiries,Ihavenotreceived
confirmationofreceiptandFOIArequestnumberstothisdate.
Therefore,IhereinrequestthatyouperformyourdutiesasChairmanoftheCentral
ElectionCommittee,andascertainthattheCommitteecomplieswiththeFreedomof
InformationActdulyandtimelyrespondonmyFOIArequests.
