It isn't normal that in less than fifteen days three incidents have been happen. It indicates that
something isn't working rigth inside the refinery and it validates our position and the
barranqueos's position: the refinery required to be modernized.

Porque no es normal que en menos de quince das se presenten tres incidentes que indican que
algo est funcionando mal dentro de la refinera y que valida ms nuestra posicin y la
posicin de los barranqueos: que se requiere la modernizacin de la refinera.

Really, they need to check very well what is going on. Because, we, who have lived all our lives in
this town and the ones who lived and known the refinery topic by the outside [know that] it isn't
normal that three incidents happen in a refinery, that some how, are delicate [and] that they say
that nothing is happening.

A que de verdad revisen muy bien qu es lo que est pasando. Porque los que llevamos toda la
vida en esta ciudad y los que vivimos y conocemos el tema de la refinera por fuera, no es normal
que en una refinera se presenten tres anomalas, que son de alguna manera delicadas, que
digan que no est pasando nada.

'Cause we're alarmed by this three incidents that have been happen in less than fifteen days and
especially when the information coming from the refinery technical staff is that the things are not
being done correctly. That they've been dilating maintenance in the refining process and there are
plants and equipment that must been replaced.

Porque s estamos alarmados por estos tres incidentes que han pasado en menos de quince
das y mxime cuando las informaciones que estamos recibiendo del personal tcnico de
refinera, es que las cosas no se estn haciendo correctamente. Que vienen dilatando los
mantenimientos en el proceso del refinado y que ya hay plantas y equipos que tienen que ser
sustituidos.
