Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last semester, my MCT and MST commented on my
teaching, they asked to work on two different areas. The fist area of development was, creating more
challenging activities because some students (high level) they finished the activity early. The second area of
development that I have to work on classroom management, so that is why I worked hard developing these
two areas. For example, I started reading about these two areas.
