16 COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES

17 1. Mary Jones and Rena Desai Callahan have their residence in Los Angeles, California. All
harm took place in Los Angeles County. The Stanley Mosk Courthouse is the proper venue to hear
18
this case. Rena Desai Callahan herein after called CALLAHAN used her boyfriend John Barsits,
19 the courts, Stanley Mosk (BS167947) Santa Monica Court (SS028944) as her method to
intensively; aggressively with revenge and vengeance inflict harms on Mary Jones herein after
20
JONES. As a result, JONES incurred damages.
21 2. CALLAHAN for years has been threatening and blackmailing Barstis that IF he did not do
what she demanded she would tell the world his secrets. All causes of actions and damages to
22
JONES in this case, are a direct link to CALLAHANs blackmail and threats to John Barstis that
23 IF he does not do exactly what CALLAHAN demands him to do, CALLAHAN will expose all his
awful secrets. CALLAHANS blackmail to Barstis, was the nexus to JONES being injured with

 damages. The TRO filed by John Barstis is the direct link and direct reason to causing the harms in

this complaint, but for CALLAHANS blackmail and threats to Barstis that IF he does not file the
2 TRO against JONES, then she CALLAHAN will tell that #3 he is addicted to drugs which
CALLAHAN has been pushing into his veins since January 2015, #2 that CALLAHAN says
3
Barstis is the father to two sons she gave birth to, when both were and are married to other people
4 and #1 sometime along 2004 and after, Barsits while being CALLAHANS superior and professor,
and she an intern and in training and later working in the same office, same schedule for years, had
5
been having a secret sexual affair while working at UCLA where John Barstis had a respected
6 reputation at the height of his career. There had been gossip for years in the medical community.
3.The direct nexus is from CALLAHANS blackmailing of Barstis forcing him to file the TRO
7
by all the above threats that IF he did not, CALLAHAN would take all, #1 #2#3 above, and tell
8 UCLA, the medical community, John Barstis wife and their children, and the world. CALLAHAN
intentionally got him addicted on IV opiates and then he was under her complete control for
9
procuring and providing the source of the opiate drug, the needles, plastic syringes, the
10 tourniquets, and then, she is the only one who can stick the needle into Barstis vein and deliver the
drugs into Barstis body. This is CALLAHAN out of control evil to do anything no matter how
11 outrageous and unlawful to get what she wants. CALLAHAN is licensed as a medical doctor in
12 California. So these acts of blackmail, and the fact she is the only one Barstis has to inject the drug
for him, making him have no choice but to do as she demanded. At times beginning July 2017,
13 CALLAHAN will withhold the drug just so Barstis will get a feel of the withdrawals so he will
14 fully know he cannot survive without CALLAHAN and he must marry her OR she will not inject
him with the drugs he is addicted to. She told him he had to marry her so she could give the drugs
15 to him for the rest of his life. Then after all night of being without his injection CALLAHAN will
16 come back and inject John Barstis immediately relieving him of his withdrawal symptoms.
4. CALLAHAN is a doctor and she knows how to get a person addicted to an opiate as it is the
17 one of the worst to withdraw from. This is very evil. But CALLAHANS control over Barstis was
18 planned and intentional by Callahan who knew about me loving him, but I was very ill in
2015 and 2016 and Callahan took advantage to get Barstis addicted to opiates for which she uses
19 to control John Barstis, forcing him to do exactly what she wants which is for him to marry her as
20 she has already in the past years blackmailed him to give her everything else. This control and
blackmail by CALLAHAN has been a planned and contrived progression since about 2004. Now
21 she no longer needs the blackmail as all the past years, as she just withholds the drugs and he will
22 only need 12 hours to miss one dose without the drug as the withdrawals are so awful, to do
whatever she wants. Only in July 2017, has CALLAHAN been withholding the drugs to let John
23 Barstis know he must marry her so she can inject him with the drugs she procures for him.

 5. John Barstis has been overwhelmed for years living in fear that CALLAHAN will tell the
1
medical community, the public and his family. CALLAHAN has been successful at forcing
2 Barstis to do whatever she demanded with blackmail, since about 2004, with secrets
compounding in severity over the years all orchestrated by CALLAHAN so she could have
3
complete control over him for the rest of his life to get what she wants from him.
4
6.CALLAHAN for years had by using threats and blackmail against John Barstis telling him
5
IF he did not file a divorce CALLAHAN would tell all his secrets to the medical
6 community. CALLAHAN forced John Barstis to serve a sudden TRO against JONES
causing her sudden emotional distress and anguish, loss of lifetime right to own a gun in her
7
home to protect herself and loss and harm of many federal and state guaranteed rights without
8 trial which was a direct and proximate injury from the blackmail and threats of
CALLAHANS and her manipulation of two different TROS in two different courts.
9
7.CALLAHAN forced Barstis to file a TRO on JONES in the court, or IF he did not file it
10 CALLAHAN threatened to tell all his secrets to the world and Barstis as usual did exactly what
CALLAHAN demanded him to.
11 8. On March 25, 2017, I woke up feeling anxious. At 6am Barstis called and I ask if she
12 was there. He said yes. He said Im sorry, I cant help it. I told him to get her clicker and
have the police to remove her. He kept repeating over and over, Mary I am sorry. This
13 was not my idea. I had no choice. I am so sorry. On April 03, JONES was served with a
14 TRO from Barstis.

15 9. As a link and proximate result of CALLAHANS intentional acts JONES was injured and
16 harmed and seeks damages in court for remedy. Callahan for years has been threatening and
blackmailing Barstis that IF he did not do what she demanded she would tell the world his
17 secrets. Barstis always did what CALLAHAN wanted as he cared about what his medical
18 colleagues would think about him, except he would not file a divorce and marry CALLAHAN
which is what she ultimately wanted. Barstis was wealthy and CALLAHAN was determined to
19 make him divorce his wife Susan, and force him to marry her. She had made him give her all his
20 credit cards, all his financial accounts and all passwords to every email account even his work
email. She controlled his phone and his in and outgoing correspondence. She allowed him no
21 control over his own life including only allowing him to eat berries. His body is weak.
22 CALLAHAN recently has started to drive him to work for the two days. CALLAHAN made him
retire from UCLA, on November 1, 2016, when he had worked there for about forty years.
23 CALLAHAN has him working two days a week several feet from where she works at UCLA

 Santa Clarita oncology and she monitors him all day and all night so he will not have contact with

any friends or his family.

10.CALLAHAN has by threats and blackmail got a court ordered TRO and permanent
3 restraining order against JONES by blackmailing Barstis to file it.
4 11.In 2017, January through April, CALLAHANs threats and blackmail to John Barstis
5 became panicked, aggressive, and intense, with the need to get rid of all people who would be a
threat to her control over John Barstis. CALLAHAN saw Barstis wife and adult daughter a threat
6 to her having control of Barstis and she saw Jones a romantic threat to her control of John Barstis
7 that JONES might take her place with Barstis. So she caused a rift between Barstis and his wife
Susan who used to have a friendly relationship. CALLAHAN threatened Barstis that IF he did
8 not file a TRO against JONES, she would tell the world she was injecting him with opiates,
9 he was the father of her two sons, and he had had a sexual affair with CALLAHAN since
about 2004 when it was common knowledge he was her professor/mentor and was over
10 CALLAHANs training. CALLAHAN had been using these threats over the head of Barstis
since about 2004. Barsits has had to live with this stress for many years of her threats to him
11
about these issues. CALLAHAN has been the cause of Barstis health to deteriorate. Barstis is
12 under the control of an evil controlling and revengeful jealous women who ignores laws of
society and does what she wishes in order to get what she wants.

14 12. This Complaint has no intent to deny or silence the Defendant from her first amendment
freedom to speak freely and file any petition, but this Complaint is about Defendants blackmail
15 and about the intentional intent to harm JONES which a reasonable person would not construe
16 as an attempt to silence any freedom of speech or deny Callahan legal civil rights.

17 Jurisdiction

18 13.This Court has personal Jurisdiction of the parties and Jurisdiction of this subject matter.
This is the correct venue. The Plaintiff has Standing as she is the one who directly incurred the
19
specific injuries as a result of CALLAHANS actions of which California law provides for
20 damage relief according to proof.

21 Redressability

22 14.As a result of CALLAHANS actions manipulating two different Superior Courts and
forcing and blackmailing Barstis to file a TRO against JONES her rights were directly infringed
23
upon sustaining damages. These injuries in this case have been to JONES civil rights, to her
24 psyche and emotional state and future psyche and emotional state, to time lost which may never
25

 be recaptured, when time is precious at 64 years old, malicious acts causing a plethora of harms of

which can be remedied with monetary damages.

Standing
3 15. The following are the injuries CALLAHAN inflicted on JONES with intent to injure with
malice aforethought to cause damages to JONES solely and specifically. JONES is in the zone of
4
interest, it is JONES who was directly injured with damages as a result of CALLAHANS acts
5 and threats and blackmail in 2017 and since March 2011.
6 16. Specificity of injures. I incurred many particularized injures as a direct and proximate
7 result of Callahan with the following details and dates of specificity. These damages are sought
under California law and Federal Constitution for intentional infliction of emotional distress and
8 intentional personal injury.
9 17.For years CALLAHAN and JONES were in competition for the romantic affections of
10 Barstis although Im not sure when Callahan was aware of JONES existence. For sure in 2017,
there was a heated competition between JONES and CALLAHAN for the affections of Barstis.
11 Taking things into her own hands CALLAHAN threatened Barstis that IF he did not file a TRO
12 against JONES in the courts, she would tell the world, medical community their secrets about
her injecting him with drugs, about her having two sons which CALLAHAN told Barstis he was
13 the father and about their having a secret sexual affair since about 2004(those both worked at
14 UCLA).

15 18.Barsits at this late time in life was in no shape to deny CALLAHAN and the threats by
CALLAHAN. He would not call the police on her because she would tell all the awful things
16 she said she would tell. He had been enduring this since about 2004. Barstis all these years cared
17 about what people would think, he cared about his very high reputation in the medical
community. As a result, CALLAHAN was able to threaten him to get anything she wanted
18 because IF he denied her she would expose all of Barstis sensitive secrets and she would get
19 anything she wanted, except what she really wanted was for him to divorce his wife Susan, and
marry CALLAHAN which has not happened but is most likely close with the addiction she had
20 intentionally caused to get control of Barstis and with JONES out of the way by the TRO
21 CALLAHAN blackmail him to file.
19.On April 03, 2017 JONES was served with a TRO by John Barstis, as a result of
22 CALLAHANS blackmailing of John Barstis to file the TRO against me in Stanley Mosk Court
23 for Civil Harassment (BS167947). JONES was CALLAHANs romantic rival for the affections
of Barstis. CALLAHAN threatened Barstis that IF he did not file this TRO against JONES she
24 would tell the medical community, his wife their children and public about highly sensitive,

 embarrassing and damaging secret sexual affair and other information about Barstis. On May 03,
1
2017 in the Stanley Mosk Court (BS167947), Barstis v. Jones, the court at the OSC, ordered a
2 permanent restraining order against JONES.

3 20.On May 03, 2017 an appeal by JONES was filed in the 2nd Appellate Court. In a TRO it is
the discretion of the court, there is no trial for facts.

5 21.On April 18, 2017, CALLAHAN filed her own TRO Petition against JONES in the
Santa Monica Court as part of her grand scheme to use the California Court system to send
6 JONES to prison if she ever tried to contact Barstis (SS028944).
7 22. CALLAHAN received her order for her TRO against JONES on the same day of April
8 18, 2017 without notice to JONES, but did not have it served until May 02, 2017, the evening
before the final OSC in the Barstis TRO case against JONES.This Petition and Order from
9 CALLAHANS TRO was filed below in the Barstis final OSC case. This was CALLAHANs
10 manipulation of both courts on two different Superior Courts and is a primie facie proof of
CALLAHANs direct nexus to the harm she sustained in both of the TROs as a result of the
11 act of Callahan.
12 23.The service included a Temporary Restraining Order APRIL 18, 2017 and Petition for
13 Workplace Violence Restraining Orders. This Petition contained a CALLAHAN Declaration
dated 4/16/2017, where she declared a three and one-half page (4 pages) of her Declaration
14 supporting her TRO against JONES where in her Declaration she had copied and pasted
15 JONES writings from the Barstis case inside her declaration. CALLAHANs declaration, on
page 2 LN 25 to page 4 LN 3 was cut and pasted or copied word for word from the Stanly
16 Mosk Court Barstis case.

23.Next CALLAHAN included 9 pages of JONES filingNOTICE TO THE PLAINTIFF

 24.On JONES day in court for BARSTIS v JONES were CALLAHANS stamped and

scheduled May 03, 2017, CALLAHANS documents to John Barstiss TRO case against
2 JONES was FILED IN STANLEY MOSK COURT, on the day of OSC final judgement,
DECLARATION OF RENA DESAI CALLAHAN, M. D. IN SUPPORT OF REQUEST FOR
3
CIVIL HARASSMENT RESTRAINING ORDER. It contained #1 Five pages almost word for
4 word which CALLAHAN had filed to support her TRO against JONES in her Santa Monica
Case (SS028944). CALLAHAN had appeared to cut and paste from JONES Barstis case or she
5
copies it word for word directly there from Jones filed documents the Barsits TRO case in Stanley
6 Mosk.

7 25. It contained #2 CALLAHAN again filed THE VERY SAME DOCUMENT, 9 pages,
which JONES had originally filed in the Stanley Mosk Court Barstis case #BS167947 file
8
stamped on April 10, 2017. CALLAHAN repeatedly filed this same JONES document in both
9 Superior Courts numerous times. The document is NOTICE TO THE PLAINTIFF JOHN
BARSTIS OF DEFENDANTSS BRIEF WITH DENIAL TO THE PLAINTIFFS PETITION

FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAIING ORDER This was at the Barstis OSC final judgement.
11 This document was already filed and contained in and part of this Barstis case file. But
CALLAHAN again refilled it on the day of OSC final judgement in Stanley Mosk.

26.This declaration of CALLAHANS filed in the Barstis TRO case on May 03, 2017, was 5
13
pages instead of 4 she had filed in Santa Monica and she had removed a few words and added a
14 few words but nothing significant. It was dated May 1, 2017 by Rena Desai Callahans signature
under penalty of perjury.

16 27. Also another filing of CALLAHANS documents on this final judgement OSC, TRO case
of BARSTIS, #BS167947: Stamped and to be heard on May 03, 2017, and filed in John Barstis
17 case in the Stanley Mosk Court, were CALLAHANS documents: PETITIONER JOHN L.
18 BARSTISS REQUEST FOR JUDICAL NOTICE IN SUPPORT OF REQUEST FOR CIVIL
HARASSMENT RESTRAINING ORDER. This document from CALLAHANS SANTA
19 MONICA TRO CASE against JONES, # SS028944, included the following:
20 28. A. A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, issues against JONES on April 18,
21 2017 by the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Santa Monica, Case Number SS028944. The
temporary restraining order was issued against Mary Ruth Jones. This order included a
22 CLETS filing to the entire state of California police computer system so they are mandated to
23 immediately place JONES in jail for any infraction of these orders. These orders included:
Not to do the following things to CALLAHAN or the protected parties. Ordered not to harass,
24 molest, strike, assault, batter, abuse, destroy property of, or disturb the peace of the person,

 commit acts of violence or make threats of violence against the person, follow or stalk the person
1
during work hours or to and from the place of work, contact the person, either directly or
2 indirectly, in any way, including, but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public
or private email, by fax, or by other electronic means, enter the workplace of the person, take any
3
action to obtain the persons address or locations. JONES had to stay at least 100 yards from
4 CALLAHAN, her husband Andrew age 42 and her two sons, Dean K. Callahan age 9 and Lincoln
V. Callahan age 7, stay away from CALLAHANS house, workplace, employees school,
5
employees childrens school, Renas childrens place of child care and the employees vehicle.
6 JONES was ordered to have no guns and has to turn in all she had possession of or owned. The
order made mandatory entry of all these orders into CARPOS through CLETS. But with
7
CALLAHANS continued intentional strategy using the Courts, this ORDER was not served on
8 JONES until the evening of May 02, 2017 which shows there was no emergency but planned
intentionally to wait and then serve JONES on the evening of her OSC with BARSITS Stanley
9
Mosk case #BS167947.

29. B. Notice of Court Hearing, filed April 18, 2017, issued by the Los Angeles Superior
11 Court, Santa Monica Case No. SS028944, setting a hearing on May 11, 2017.

12 30. C. Petition (39 pages) for Workplace Violence Restraining Orders filed on April 18,
2017, #SS028944, on behalf of Rena Desai Callahan against JONES. Most of the pages attached
13
to this Petition were from the Stanley Mosk case. This entire Petition filed on April 18, 2017,
14 was now brought over by CALLAHAN to be filed in the Barstis v. Jones case #BS167947 to
impact this final judgement OSC Stanley Mosk Case with her temporary restraining order
15
against JONES, made without speaking to any person and no notice to JONES. CALLAHAN
16 evilly was manipulating between these two courts to cause intentional injury to JONES and delete
her from JOHN BARSITS life forever. She wanted to separate Barstis from everyone close to
17
him who cared for him so she could blackmail him and withhold his drug sending him into
18 horrible withdrawals so he would do anything CALLAHAN wanted to get his drugs, as now BUT
for CALLAHAN he was good and addicted so he would marry her and she would collect his
19
entire estate.

31.And lastly, back to the Santa Monica Court, Rena Desai Callahan then filed a Request
21 for Judicial Notice on the Courts final judgement order from the STANLEY MOSK
BARSTIS CASE #BS167947 ordering the final restraining order against JONES in the
22
Barstis v. JONES. This Notice was to be heard on June 01, 2017 in the #SS028944 against
23 JONES in Santa Monica.

 32.So it was a constant back and forth filing by CALLAHAN, as she managed two
1
different TRO cases in 2 different courts with one based on blackmail of her boyfriend to
2 get rid of me his other girlfriend by forcing him to file the TRO in conjunction with hers.

3 33.The above are all on their face, Prima facie of CALLAHANs actions of manipulations
using the California Superior Courts and threats and blackmail to Barstis to intentionally injure
4
and did injure JONES for the rest of her life.
5
34.On June 01, 2017 a full hearing in Santa Monica was formally held with a different
6 judge than who ordered the TRO in CALLAHANS CASE, with sworn in witnesses where the
7 final Judgement in CALLAHANs TRO against was denied (#SS028944) being fully dismissed
and the temporary orders/CLEETS immediately dismissed by Hon. Gerald Rosenburg.

35.All harms here in this case were an invasion of JONES legally protected interest,
9 orchestrated by CALLAHAN, will be redressed by a favorable decision of this court by
10 monetary damages. All injuries and harms are a direct and proximate result and connection to
CALLAHANs intentional acts and actions with sole intent to injure JONES. As a result of
11 CALLAHANs action in her TRO against JONES and in her forced Barstis TRO against JONES
12 and her manipulations there of between the two cases is the causal direct connection to the
injuries JONES suffered.

36.Callahan forced and blackmailed John Barstis to file a TRO against JONES which he did
14 in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse #BS167947 and served her on April 03, 2017, or if he did not
15 Callahan would tell the world and the medical community he had a(#1) secret sexual affair
with Callahan since about 2004 while, for many years he was her teacher and supervisor, later
16 they both worked together in the same doctors office while having a sexual affair, that (#2)
17 CALLAHAN had two sons which CALLAHAN said John Barstis was the father, when they were
both married to others during these years and still are, and (#3) that she had been injecting him
18 with opiates and other drugs since January 2015 to date.

37. CALLAHAN does not leave the drugs with Barstis as she wants to be the sole person
20 Barstis had to completely depend on for the drugs CALLAHAN had orchestrated his becoming
addicted to opiates. In July 2017, CALLAHAN wanted Barstis to go with her to the Court for
21 each of them to file their respective divorces so they could get married. Barstis refused. So when
22 it came time for Barstis drugs CALLAHAN would withhold the drug and not give it to him for
about 12 hours late so he would feel the effects of the withdrawals and know he could not make it
23 without her and would marry her. Barstis would sit at home until she came 12 hours later or at the
24 Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital waitinguntil she decided to go back there and pick him up in

 his car as she wanted to teach him a lesson that he has to depend solely on her and he cant do

without her. On July 6, 2017 CALLAHAN arrived at BARSITS house with her clothes and said
2 she was moving in. Barstis told her she could not move in as he owned the house and he wanted
her to leave. She said she was not leaving and she moved her clothes in.

38.CALLAHAN would not allow Barsits to eat anything but berries. Barstis is frail and no
4
longer drives as CALLAHAN drives as she wants him totally dependent on her.
5
39.CALLAHAN has separated Barstis from his adult daughter and wife Susan who he used
6 to have a friendly relationship with. CALLAHAN has legally separated Barstis from me. He
7 worked two days a week at Henry Mayo Hospital and CALLAHAN monitors his every move as
she only works several feet away at UCLA oncology at Santa Clarita.

40.CALLAHAN was the only one with the supply of the drugs, the needles and syringes.
9 CALLAHAN initially injected the drugs into Barstis telling him it was for him to feel good but
10 her intention was actually to get him addicted wherein he would have withdrawals when she
withheld it and he would know he had no recourse but to file for divorce and marry CALLAHAN.
11 When Barstis does not get the drug that CALLAHAN withholds to force him to marry her Barstis
12 he is withdrawn, weak, quiet, sad, sits, and speaks in a monotone. His speech would often be
slurred by sedatives she gives him when she goes to work having to leave him along. She does not
13 wanting him calling JONES.When CALLAHAN does give him the opiates, he is happy HAPPY
14 and euphoric and says, Mary Mary Mary I am so Happy I am the happiest man in the world.

15 41.CALLAHAN was blackmailing Barsits by her injecting him with drugs so he would get
addicted and he would file for divorce and marry her so she would inject him with the drugs
16 otherwise he would go into extreme withdrawals.

42.John Barstis cared about what others thought, he had had a high reputation in the
18 community, and he could not deny CALLAHAN her demands. CALLAHAN had received
everything she had asked of John Barstis all these years except him filing for a divorce and
19
marrying her. I lost my guaranteed Federal and State Constitutional rights and freedom to contact
20 John Barstis, anxiety of being arrested without cause from CALLAHAN or her blackmail over
Barstis to make him call the police, my right to talk with John Barstis, right to make love with
21 John Barstis , freedom to contact John Barstis directly or even through a third party, freedom to
22 walk up to John Barstis the man I have loved for years, the freedom to compete with Rena
Callahan for the affections of John Barstis, the freedom to date John Barstis, the freedom to call
23 John Barstis who is the only man I have ever loved. If I do any of these things such as even
24 getting near 100 feet of John Barstis or close to his car which the order does not even describe or

 have vehicle license #, I will be arrested and put in prison if CALLAHAN or anyone reports it to

the police or if CALLAHAN even makes it up. I have lost most of my civil rights because of
2 these heinous acts against me described in this lawsuit. But for Rena Callahans acts of blackmail
to use these restraining laws as her ultimate weapon to deleting me as her romantic competition, I
3
have been injured for the rest of my life. I will never ever get to do any of these things. I will
4 never see John Barstis again, as we are both in our sixties and I have major medical illnesses, and
prohibited legally from ever calling him or going to see him or any of the things men and
5
women do when they wish to reconcile with their lover.

43.On March 24, 2017 I was talking to John Barstis and the next day he was telling me he
7 was so very very sorry and that this (TRO) was not his idea, and that he had no control as
Rena forced him to do it. But for CALLAHAN, my 2nd amendment right to own and have
8
firearms in my home for protection has been taken away. These are not all of the harms but all of
9 the harms are most likely come under California and United States Constitutional guaranteed
rights as direct result of injury from the blackmail by CALLAHAN and the manipulation of
10
documents in two different Superior Courts 1) Santa Monica, 2) Stanley Mosk. As a result I have
11 a right to file for damages according to proof of these harms. CALLAHAN intentionally took
away rights of Plaintiff when CALLAHAN threatened Barstis that IF he did not file a TRO
12
against JONES she would tell all his secrets (March 2017). Barstis was horrified but he was
13 now addicted to drugs by CALLAHAN injecting them into him, and so he had no choice but the
do what CALLAHAN demanded or else she would expose all his secrets and so he did the only
14
thing he could do, he filed the TRO against JONES.

44.CALLAHAN with intentional malice and forethought to use the courts insidiously to
16 destroy her romantic rival JONES, as in a panic she thought she might lose her control over John
Barstis who she had been blackmailing since about 2004. Since January 2015 to current,
17
CALLAHAN has been injuring the body of John Barsits with debilitating consequences. Now
18 Plaintiff seeks damages from CALLAHAN for injury to JONES psyche for the immediate
Court ordered separation of contact between JONES and the only man she has ever loved
19
which was a result of CALLAHANs deception, blackmail and threats. John Barstis had no
20 choice but to do exactly what CALLAHAN blackmailed him to do OR ELSE IF he did NOT
he would suffer and pay for going against her demands by her exposing to his employer,
21
medical community and his family all of his sensitive personal secrets. John Barstis had been
22 the man both JONES and CALLAHAN had a relationship with for years. The court ordering the
TRO without warning in both courts against JONES caused her psyche shock, anguish and
23
suffering and suffering at the loss of her Constitutional rights when the only police citation in her
24 life was parking citations; never a police report. She had been in a long relationship for years with

 John Barstis since March 2011, except for 2015 and most of 2016 due to severe illness. In

November 2016 JONES and John Barstis resumed their relationship when was intense in 2017
2 and that is why CALLAHAN took drastic unlawful action to legally sever them apart
immediately insidiously using the Courts to do her evil deeds in 30 days of getting rid of JONES
3
as her competition.

45. Rena Callahan had #1, #2 #3 items as pleaded in this case to blackmail John Barstis into
5 filing a TRO against me as she knew John Barstis and I loved each other and were getting very
close and she was about to lose control over him. It has been months since I have seen the man I
6
love, John Barstis. One day without him seems like an eternity.
7
46. In March 2011 JONES met and fell in love with Barstis. He is the only man JONES ever
8 loved. He was her physician for a short time where upon they were attracted to each other. JONES
9 severed their professional relationship permanently when she had other doctors over her medical
care. For years they had a romantic relationship. In most of 2015 and most of 2016 JONES was
10 very ill and only saw Barstis a few times on public property and he was always with
CALLAHAN close to his side. JONES heard he was retiring on November 1, 2016 and attempted
11
to see him but CALLAHAN was always right glued to his side so she was unable to speak to him.
12 In November 2016 Barstis contacted JONES and their relationship started back up. CALLAHAN
knew that JONES deeply loved Barstis and she knew Barstis loved JONES. CALLAHAN quickly
13
took action and blackmailed Barstis into filing a TRO against JONES or IF he did not she
14 threatened she would tell the medical community, his family, and the world she injected him
with drugs #3, he was the father of her two sons #2 and that CALLAHAN and Barstis had had a
15
secret sexual affair since about 2004. By this time CALLAHAN had addicted Barsits to the drugs
16 CALLAHAN was injecting into his veins. Barstis did what CALLAHAN forced him to do or else
she would tell the world his awful secrets. As a result JONES was immediately directly and
17
proximately harmed by the results of CALLAHANS blackmail of Barstis.

First Cause of Action

Intentional Personal Injury.

47. CALLAHAN had a duty and standard of conduct of a reasonable person in society to
21 know blackmail is a crime and it is a crime to force someone to do something he does not wish
22 to do and which she knowingly knew would cause overwhelming harm to JONES, which
was the direct link to the harm suffered by JONES. CALLAHAN willfully with intent
23 breeched that duty. CALLAHAN hated JONES as JONES kept coming back and standing in
24 her way of having Barstis all to herself. CALLAHAN was a very jealous and revengeful woman.

 She forced and blackmailed Barstis to legally remove JONES from her competition for his

affections. If JONES ever contacted Barstis or tried to see him JONES would be arrested
2 and placed in prison. JONES had never had more than a parking violation. As a result of
CALLAHANs blackmail forcing Barstis to file the TRO against JONES the result of which
3
the TRO and the permanent restraining order harmed JONES. The harms JONES suffered
4 were directly caused by the blackmailed TRO orders.

5 48.But for CALLAHANS blackmail demanding John Barstis file the TRO against
JONES, Jones would have never had either TRO filed agaisnt her. JONES would never have
6
had the psyche insult to her emotional health and soul. JONES will never be over this
7 psychic insult.

49.Callahan used extreme and outrageous conduct with the intention of causing
9 emotional distress. JONES suffered extreme emotional distress as suddenly without warning had
her true love taken away from her and for the rest of her life she will suffer extreme emotional
10
distress and anguish as if her true love has died and she was left behind. But it was worse than
11 that because she was prevented from seeing her true love John Barstis just when she had found
him again from two years after being so ill. It was harder than a death because JONES had the
12 burden of being wrongly accused and the accusation was from blackmail and all the harm from
13 the blackmailed TRO was also causing her unbearable grief. JONES had never had more than a
parking violation in her 64 years. CALLAHAN had intentional callous cold and calculating
14 disregard to the extreme emotional distress the she knew JONES would experience just as she
15 knew when she injected John Barstis with opiates telling him it would make him feel good when
she knew as a medical doctor the repetition of injecting John Barstis would make him become
16 addicted to a heinous drug with tolerance building each day, she did not care, she only cared about
17 him getting addicted so she could pull the drugs whenever she needed to force him to do
something (like divorce his wife and marry her) she would and then after several times of
18 experiencing the horrible withdrawal symptoms and not getting his injection of the drug timely he
19 would change his behavior and never tell her NO again. This is how cold, calculating and
uncaring of who or how CALLAHAN harms JONES and others.

50. CALLAHAN is a medical doctor and knows full well as she is a cancer doctor and sees
21
these addictions all the time with such drugs. Still she did not care what damaging effect these
22 drugs had on John Barstis she only cared that RENA get what she wants in life and that was for
John Barstis to be under her complete control never having a will of his own again in this life.

The same was true when CALLAHAN blackmailed John Barstis into filing a TRO against
24 JONES. CALLAHAN knew how devastating emotionally this would be to JONES for her to lose

 John Barsits forever who JONES dearly loved. CALLAHAN was glad and happy JONES was

going to be injured. CALLAHAN was glad she would have the field for John Barstis to herself.
2 CALLAHAN with willfulness not care if she injured another person as long as she was winning
the war and Barstis married her. She wanted him to be addicted so he would never be able to be
3
without her because she was the person who gave him his drugs and he was addicted. She had
4 taught him the consequence of trying to deny her when she wants something.

5 51. JONES grieves 24 hours a day for the loss of her true love, Barstis, at the hands of a jealous
6 revengeful evil woman CALLAHAN who will do whatever she wants no matter the laws.

7 52.JONES actual and proximate causation of the emotional distress was caused by the
8 CALLAHANS out of control uncaring outrageous conduct. If RENA wants something all that
matters is RENA gets it no matter what destruction she causes. CALLAHANS did not care
9 what she had to do to get her way as she had been blackmailing John Barstis since about 2004 to
10 get money, get clothes, get very expensive jewelry, get through medical training by stepping on
many and having sexual affair with John Barstis then turning around and blackmailing him
11 whenever he would not give her what she wanted. It was a continuum of their relationship.

53. For all these years CALLAHAN showed no mercy by blackmailing John Barsits with
13 awful things she would tell the world if he did not do what she demanded. CALLAHAN had
no qualm as a medical doctor to obtaining drugs of opiates, scopolamine, and other unknown
14
drugs and then inject then into the vein or body of John Barstis with the intentional reason to get
15 him hooked on very addicting opiates which is one of the most addicting drugs and one of the
hardest drugs to obtain permanent recovery. This was the kind of person Rena CALLAHAN is.
16
As a medical doctor practicing in the field of oncology where the patients were easy victims to
17 exploit as they were in pain suffering needing opiates and they were an easy kind of class of
patients as they had no voice. So was John Barsitshe was sensitive to gossip and harmful things
18
about him being told in the community and he was kind and gentle, the opposite of CALLAHAN
19 who was bold and daring to do anything no matter who she injured. After these TROs were both
with final judgement then CALLAHAN started withholding John Barstis drug when it was time
20 for it to be given. John Barstis said he would not file for divorce so she was withholding the drug
21 from him so he would go into bad withdrawal and know clearly when the symptoms hit he needed
to marry her so she could take care of him.

23 54. She would leave his house and not give him his injection. She did this to intentionally
throw him into intense physical withdrawals. (The illegal drug heroin is also an opiate). I do not
24 know if CALLAHAN was getting all these different drugs from her patients, the pharmacy or
25

 from the black market off the street. When opiates are stopped, missed a dose or dose is decreased
1
it throws the person into severe physical withdrawals. John Barstis would get quiet, sit at home or
2 at work, speech would be monotone, affect flat, weak and when CALLAHAN gave him the
opiates he would get high, euphoric, HAPPY, and strong in body and in speech. When she gave
3
him some unknown drugs his speech would be slurred and impaired. Many systems in a persons
4 body will be altered after taking opiates for long periods of time or high time doses. Opiates
attach the persons brain and spinal cord. On July 10, 2017 John Barstis experienced
5
respiratory difficulty and slowed breathing which is a common dangerous symptom as opiates
6 affect the brain stem.

7 55. Withdrawal symptoms include muscle aches, overwhelming craving for the drug, rapid
8 heartrate culminating into a heart attack, high blood pressure, and the withdrawal depends on
the length and severity of the addiction. This is how CALLAHAN does not care about lives of
9 people; she just wants what CALLAHAN wants no matter how it harms others. Now
10 CALLAHAN had John Basrtis addicted, by deliberately with holding the drugs she forced him
into withdrawals numerous times until he was very physically and behavior modified to know
11 what would happen IF CALLAHAN was not there beside him to take care of him. She told him
12 he HAD to marry her so she would take care of him. This shows how deliberately and evil
CALLAHAN is to those other than herself. She will harm anyone to get what she wants.

56. CALLAHAN knew how very much JONES loved John Barstis with a true love type of
14
love. She knew how many years JONES had loved John Barstis and JONES kept coming back to
15 love him. CALLAHAN knew John Barstis loved JONES. CALLAHAN was not going to go all
these years since 2004 and let JONES get John Barstis in the final. She knew a TRO would be
16
totally devastating to JONES and break her heart forever. CALALHAN knew exactly what a TRO
17 entailed as CALLAHAN filed a TRO herself against JONES 15 days later but CALLAHAN
chose a different Superior Court to file in the Santa Monica Court.

19 57. CALLAHAN knew when she blackmailed John Barstis into filing a TRO against JONES
she would have won forever as JONES would never be allowed to see John Barstis for the rest of
20 JONES life. CALLAHAN knew if JONES did attempt to see John Barstis the police would arrest
21 her and she would be placed in prison for unknown time. CALLAHAN had had lots of practice
and momentum in blackmailing John Barsits since about 2004. CALLAHAN was gleeful in
22 causing injury and harm to JONES. CALLAHAN hated JONES and was always telling John
23 Barsits made up stories about JONES and other people to make John Barstis mad at them and to
feel so sorry for CALLAHAN. Over the years of her training John Barsits would take her side
24 with all the hospital staff fighting her battles for her even though she is the last one to be helpless.

 CALLAHAN is very calculating and strategic in getting what she wants. CALLAHAN was

happy JONES was going to be harmed and happy she tricked the court system, laws and the
2 police denying her civil rights. It was with evil and cold calculating intent to injure JONES
so she could never see John Barstis ever in her lifetime, for CALLAHAN to force John
3
Barstis to file the TRO against JONES. If not for the blackmail by CALLAHAN, JONES
4 would not have incurred these harms.

5 58. CALLAHAN had been staying many nights at John Barstis house for a very long time.
6 Susan, Johns wife would come over sometimes and CALLAHAN would have to leave.
CALAHAN knew Susan Barstis was no threat to her for the affections of John Barstis.
7 CALLAHAN knew Mary Jones was very much a serious rival for John Barstis affections
8 because of JONES intensity in her love for him since March 2011. But JONES had been
absent for 2015 and 2016 so CALLAHAN was happy she had no serious rivals. When JONES
9 came back to see Barstis in November 2016, CALAHAN was very concerned and upset with
10 John Barsits and JONES. CALLAHAN was extremely determined to do away with JONES
once and for ever so she forced and blackmailed John Barstis telling him she demanded he file a
11 TRO against JONES immediately or she would immediately tell everyone at the hospital and
12 world all his awful secrets. John Barstis complied with CALLAHANS threats and blackmail
as he had for years. Barstis was very passive and gentle and CALLAHAN was extremely
13 aggressive, would ride roughshod over laws and Barstis and JONES boundaries to get what
14 she wanted.

15 59. Forcing John Barstis to file a TRO on JONES was much better than CALLAHAN having
to murder JONES to get rid of her. With a TRO it would come from the courts and the police and
16
prison would take care of JONES for her. And CALLAHAN assumed she would get the Judge to
17 order her TRO to be permanent. They both she and Barstis would have a TRO against JONES
and she would be set to easily force him to marry her since JONES was banished from their life
18
and CALLAHAN had no competition. Since CALLAHAN was filling her own TRO against
19 JONES she thoroughly knew what a TRO entailed since she had forced John Barstis to file
one. CALLAHAN most of all knew it would take away JONES Constitutional freedom to go
20
where she wanted in life. She knew it would prevent JONES from ever being in the arms of John
21 Barstis. She knew a TRO would cause her to be able to finally marry the man she had been
blackmailing since 2004 to get what she wanted with no more JONES in her way. She had
22
thought because JONES was so ill in 2015 she would never have to worry about JONES again.
23 But, JONES got well and returned to seek out her true love, John Barstis Oct 2016.
CALLAHAN was determined to get rid of JONES permanently. CALLAHAN is evil and

 aggressive and does not let anything stop her but works in secret to harm. She was fully aware

of what a TRO was as she was blackmailing John Barstis to file it. She knew JONES would
2 lose her right to own a firearm and most civil rights. John Barsits had told JONES he lived alone.
(at this time CALLAHAN was staying most nights.) Barstis told me he had got involved with
3
CALLAHAN against his better judgement but then could not get himself out.

60. John Barstis and pleaded with JONES come to his house on the specific date of March 10,
5 2017 around 7pm. When JONES arrived to Barstis house she parked on the street and rang his
6 doorbell at his front door but no one opened the door. JONES left.

7 John Barstis told JONES on March 25, 2017, at 6am, John Barsis kept repeating over and
8 over,

9 MARY I AM SO SORRY. THIS WAS NOT MY IDEA. I HAD NO CHOICE. I

AM SO SORRY.

11 61. On March 24, 2017, John Barstis signed the Petition for TRO against JONES and the
Court signed the ORDER for TRO the same day. It was served on JONES April 03, 2017.

13 62.But what JONES lost was the right to see her true love all these months, and for the
rest of her life which injured JONES more than anything in the world could have. For all
14 these months CALLAHAN has had John Barstis to herself with no competition and has been busy
15 at not giving him his drugs as the time she had been giving them to him for 2+ years and was
withholding it for about twelve hours so John Barstis would be jolted into physical
16 withdrawals of opiates which is a horrible withdrawal but it did make him know abruptly he
17 could not live without CALLAHAN as she was his pusher of the drugs, his supplier, his provider
of all the supplies to give the drug as syringes, needles and the endless supply of the drugs she
18 gave him. John Barstis said he did not know where she got the drugs and he did not know where
19 she kept them.

20 63.The day JONES was served with the TRO she became numb form the onslaught of psyche
21 injury of knowing how all her life she has searched for her true love finding it on her death bed in
the form of John Barstis and getting well, and then getting two illnesses again 2015, 2016 being
22
on a ventilator after two surgeries and then going back to find John Barstis with their being
23
together again, and then at the hands of the most ruthless, cold, calculating, jealous, evil woman,

 CALLAHAN to again lose John Barsits in what was a totally engulfing unreal nightmare,

happening to JONES in the United States of America and JONES was 64 years old and John

Barstis was 67 years old in August. IT IS MOST CERTAIN JONES WILL DIE NEVER

BEING WITH JOHN BARSTIS AGAIN IN THIS LIFE. JONES did experience hours of
4 sobbing which repeats almost daily at the loss of her true love at the hands of an evil jealous
5 woman Rena Desai CALLAHAN. CALLAHAN acted with intentional and uncaring

6 disregard of the harms of her forcing John Barstis to get rid of JONES forever in this life.

64. On July 06, 2017 she brought her clothes to John Barstis house and said she was
8 moving in. John Barstis told her no she wasnt, as it owned the house. But CALLAHAN had
already started withdrawing his drugs putting him in addiction so he would know he could not
9
survive without her supplying him with the drugs and administering then to him. John Barstis told
10 CALLAHAN he was going to call 911. CALLAHAN said we both know you are not going to do
that. CALLAHAN stayed.

12 65. CALLAHANS breech was the proximate cause of JONES injures. But for
CALLAHANs blackmail forcing Barstis to file the TRO against JONES, The Plaintiff suffered
13 damages as a direct result of the Barstis TRO and the permanent restraining order.
14 66. CALLAHAN told Barstis to file a TRO against JONES or if he did not she would tell his
15 secrets to the world and the medical community that she injected him with drugs, that he was the
father of her two boys and that they had been having a secret sexual affair since about 2004 to
16 present when she was an intern. CALLAHAN had a duty not to threaten Barsits that if he did not
17 file a TRO against JONES she would tell his secrets. So Barstis filed the TRO against JONES. As
a direct result JONES received a plethora of damages and her civil rights taken away.

67. Both JONES and CALLAHAN had BARSTIS as their boyfriend. CALLAHAN had the
19
advantage as she worked with Barstis every work day since about 2004 and Barstis took her on
20 expensive vacations.

21 68. In 2015 and most of 2016, JONES was severely ill with having two major surgeries.
During this time CALAHAN with intent created addiction to Barstis, starting injecting him with
22
Opiates and other drugs to make him feel good but her real intent was to get him addicted so he
23 would do anything she wanted him to do. CALLAHAN had since about 2004 used threats and
blackmail to make Barsits gave her whatever she wanted like money, expensive jewelry,

 expensive vacations and plethora of demands on a daily life and if he did not she told him she

would tell the medical community about their sexual affair (both were married to others) and
2 about her two sons who she told Barsits he was the father. Barsits cared about his reputation and
cared deeply about what others thought, so he always succumbed to CALLAHANs threat as a
3
way of life.

69. But, in January 2015 through current time CALLAHAN intentionally got Barstis addicted
5 to drugs so he would be very dependent on her to supply the drugs, the syringes and needles and
administer them to him. Barsits has no idea where the drugs came from or were kept. In June
6
Callahan started with holding the drugs to make Barstis feel the effects of not having the drugs
7 and after about 12 hours she would return and give them to him after he did what she wanted.
Callahan had got all the things she wanted from Barstis except he would not divorce his wife and
8
marry her. This is why she was withholding the drugs after she got him addicted because
9 withdrawals to opiates are heinous and no one can stand itso they will give in .and do what
their capture wishes in order to get the drug as the withdrawals are that unpleasant and physical.

70. Beginning in July 2017 CALLAHAN started withholding Barstis his drug as it makes
11
him feel the withdrawal and then she tells him he must marry her so she can take care of
12 him.after about 12 hours she will inject the drug. Ongoing CALLAHAN has over the months
using drugs and simple hypnosis of making his say he hates JONES and others and she with the
13
drugs re organizes his entire mind to do whatever she demands of him and give her complete
14 control over his life. When she withholds the drugs from Barstis he is quiet, sad, has flat affect,
and sits at home or at the hospital in his office. When CALLAHAN injects him with the drugs
15
he is happy happy.

71. In 2017, the relationship between Barstis and JONES heated up and CALLAHAN did not
17 like it. She already had Barstis addicted at this point. CALLAHAN demanded from BARSITS he
18 file a TRO against JONES so JONES would never see BARSTIS again in her life or if she did try
to see him, JONES would go to prison. CALLAHAN easily with the TRO Barstis filed, no longer
19 had to worry about competition from JONES as a romantic rival to the affections of Barstis.
20 72. Jones fell in love with Barstis in March 2011. Barstis was the only man she ever loved.
21 During most of 2015 and 2016 JONES did not see much of Barstis and when she did
CALLAHAN was always glued/close up to his side. In November 2016 Jones and Barsits started
22 their relationship back up. In 2017 CALLAHAN was not happy that JONES was back in Barstis
23 life. CALLAHAN slept with him most nights at his house.

 73.During 2017 CALLAHAN was panicked that JONES was going to take Barstis away

from her so in March she told BARSITS he must file a TRO against JONES or she would tell
2 that she was injecting drugs into him and he was addicted, and that she had two boys where he
was the father, and that Barstis had been having a secret sexual affair with CALLAHAN since she
3
was an intern with UCLA when he was her professor and worked side by side with her until they
4 became colleagues in the same doctors office of oncology on the same days at two different
offices and took vacation the same so they went off together on vacations.

74.Barsits told JONES before she was served he was very very sorry that he had no
6
choice that Rena had made him do it or she would tell all his secrets. On April 03, 2017,
7 Jones was served with a TRO.
8 75. Barstis said CALLAHAN made him do it, it was not his idea and that she would not let
9 him dismiss it. As a result of this blackmail to make him file a TRO, JONES incurred the loss of
many federal and state Constitutional rights most notably her loss of her 2nd amendment rights to
10 possess a gun in her home for safety. She lost her right to her 5th amendment under TRO, her 6th
amendment, her 7th amendment, her 14th substantive due process rights and due process and her
11
right to trial and jury trial with civil rights being taken away. She lost her civil right to liberty
12 and freedom.
13 76. As a result of this CALLAHANS blackmail of Barsits making him file the TRO against
14 JONES with final judgment restraining order to 2020 and ongoing, JONES incurred a plethora of
injures. The Restraining order will cause JONES irreparable harm taking away her California
15 Constitutional rights of freedom, California Constitution Article I, Section 1, 2, 7, 13. 26. It
16 took take away her Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Now JONES may not have a
gun in her home for her protection. The TRO will destroy JONES reputation. It will take away her
17 freedom to come and go as she pleases. Taking away JONES rights will creates a pathway for
18 prison. It creates a record in the court registry, which will cause irreparable harm to
JONES who has never been arrested. It will cause irreparable harm to Mary Jones, who did
19 not harm CALLAHAN.

77. Callahan used extreme and outrageous conduct with the intention of causing emotional
23 distress. JONES suffered and will always for the rest of her life suffer extreme emotional distress
24 and anguish as if her true love has died and she was left behind. But it was worse than that

again from two years after being so ill. It was harder than a death because JONES had the burden
2 of being wrongly accused and all the harm from the blackmailed TRO was also causing her

4 78. JONES grieves 24 hours a day from the loss of her true love at the hands of a evil out of
control woman CALLAHAN who will do whatever she wants no matter the laws.

6 79. JONES actual and proximate causation of the emotional distress was caused by the
CALLAHANS out of control uncaring outrageous conduct. If RENA wants something all that
7 matters is RENA gets it no matter what destruction she causes. CALLAHAN evidence by her
8 actions she did not care what she had to do to get her way as she had been blackmailing John
Barstis since about 2004 to get money, get clothes, get very expensive jewelry, get through
9 medical training by stepping on who she had to climb the ladder and have a secret sexual affairs
10 with John Barstis when she was an intern and student and he was a professor and they were both
married to others. For all these years CALLAHAN showed no mercy by blackmailing John
11 Barsits with awful things she would tell the world if he did not do what she demanded.
CALLAHAN had no qualm as a medical doctor to obtaining drugs of opiates, scopolamine, and
12
other unknown drugs and then inject then into the vein or body of John Barstis with the
13 intentional reason to get him hooked on very addicting opiates which is one of the most
addiction drugs and one of the hardest drugs to obtain permanent recovery. This was the kind of
14
person Rena CALLAHAN was. As a medical doctor practicing in the field of oncology where the
15 patients were easy victims to exploit as they were in pain suffering needing opiates and they
were an easy kind of class of patients as they had no voice. So was John Barsitshe was sensitive
16
to gossip and to things being thought about him in the community and he was kind and gentle, the
17 opposite of CALLAHAN who was bold and daring to do anything uncaring who she injured.

80. After these TROs were both with final judgement then CALLAHAN started staying
19 about every night with Barstis. In July 2017 she began withholding John Barstis drug when it was
time for it to be given. She would leave his house and not give him his injection. She did this to
20 intentionally throw him into intense physical withdrawals. (the illegal drug heroin is also an
21 opiate). I do not know where CALLAHAN was getting these drugs from. When opiates are
stopped, missed a dose or is decreased, it throws the person off into severe physical withdrawals.
22 John Barstis will get quiet, sit at home or at work, speech would be monotone, affect flat, weak
23 and when CALLAHAN gave him the opiates he would get high, euphoric, HAPPY, and strong in
body and in speech. When she gave him some unknown drugs his speech would be slurred and
24 impaired. Many systems in a persons body will be altered after taking opiates for long periods of

 time or high doses. Opiates attach to the persons brain and spinal cord. In recent days John Barstis

has had respiratory difficulty and slowed breathing which can be dangerous symptoms as opiates
2 affect the brain stem. Withdrawal symptoms include muscle aches, overwhelming craving for the
drug, rapid heartrate culminating into a heart attack, high blood pressure, and the withdrawal
3
depends on the length and severity. This is how CALLAHAN does not care about lives of people;
4 she just wants what CALLAHAN wants no matter how it harms others. Now CALLAHAN had
John Barstis addicted and by deliberately with holding the drugs she forced him into withdrawals
5
numerous times until he was very physically and behavior modified to know what would happen
6 IF CALLAHAN was not there beside him to give him drugs. She told him he HAD to marry her
so she could give him his drugs. This shows how deliberately and evil CALLAHAN is to those
7
other than herself. She will harm anyone to get what she wants.

81. CALLAHAN knew how very strongly JONES loved John Barstis with a true love type of
9 love. She knew how many years JONES had loved John Barstis and JONES kept coming back to
10 love him. CALLAHAN knew John Barstis loved JONES. CALLAHAN was not going to go all
these years since 2004 and let JONES get John Barstis in the final. She knew a TRO would be
11 totally devastating to JONES and break her heart forever. CALALHAN knew exactly what
12 a TRO entailed as CALLAHAN filed a TRO herself against JONES 15 days later but
CALLAHAN choose a different Superior Court to file at, Santa Monica Court.

82. CALLAHAN knew when she blackmailed John Barstis into filing a TRO against JONES
14
she would have won forever as JONES would never be allowed to see John Barstis for the rest of
15 JONES life. CALLAHAN knew if JONES did attempt to see John Barstis the police would arrest
her and she would be placed in prison for unknown time. CALLAHAN had had lots of practice
16
and momentum in blackmailing John Barsits since about 2004. CALLAHAN was gleeful in
17 causing injury and harm to JONES. CALLAHAN hated JONES and was always telling John
Barsits made up stories about JONES and other people to make John Barstis mad at them and to
18
feel so sorry for CALLAHAN. Over the years of her training John Barsits would take her side
19 with all the hospital staff fighting her battles for her even though she is the last one to be helpless.
CALLAHAN is very calculating and strategic in getting what she wants. CALLAHAN was happy
20
JONES was going to be harmed and happy she tricked the court system, laws and the police and
21 denied JONES her civil rights. That JONES would go to prison if she was reported she was
within 100 yards of Barstis is her dream come true. Except she really wanted two TROS against
22
JONES instead of one.

It was with malicious intent for CALLAHAN to force John Barstis to file the TRO against
24 JONES.

 83.In March 2011, I fell in love for the first time in my life, with John Barstis. I had looked

for him all my life. We were together since that time except for 2015 and 2016 when I was ill.
2 Barstis retired on November 1, 2016. He and I got back together November 2016. CALLAHAN
had been blackmailing Barstis for years about their sexual affair since about 2004, about her two
3
sons she said Barstis was the father, and in the last two years had added she was injecting him
4 with opiates and drugs and he had become addicted AND IF HE WOULD NOT DO THINGS
CALLAHAN DEMANDED OF HIM, SHE THREATENED SHE WOULD TELL THE
5
WORLD BARSTIS SECRETS. So Barstis did everything Callahan demanded he do except
6 divorce his wife and marry her. He gave her money, very expensive jewelry and very expensive
vacations.

84.CALLAHAN had a duty and standard of conduct of a reasonable person in society to
8
know blackmail is a crime and is a crime to force someone to do something he does not wish to
9 do which was the direct link to the harm suffered by JONES. CALLAHAN willfully with intent
breeched that duty. CALLAHAN detested JONES as JONES was standing in her way of having
10
Barstis all to herself. CALLAHAN was a very jealous and revengeful woman. She forced and
11 blackmailed Barstis to legally remove JONES from her competition for his affections. If JONES
ever contacted Barstis or tried to see him JONES would be arrested and placed in prison. As a
12
result of CALLAHANs blackmail to Barstis to file the TRO against JONES as a result of the
13 blackmailed TRO and the permanent restraining order JONES incurred harms. The harms
JONES suffered were directly caused by the TRO orders.

15 85. CALLAHAN had been staying the nights at John Barstis house for a very long time.
Susan, Johns wife would come over sometimes and CALLAHAN would have to leave.
16 CALAHAN knew Susan Barstis was no threat to her for the affections of John Barstis.
17 CALLAHAN knew Mary Jones was very much a serious rival for John Barstis affections because
of JONES intensity in her love for him since March 2011. But JONES had been absent for 2015
18 and 2016 so CALLAHAN as happy she had no serious rivals. When JONES came back to see
19 Barstis in November 2016 CALAHAN was very concerned and upset with John Barsits and
JONES. CALLAHAN was extremely determined to do away with JONES once and for ever so
20 she forced and blackmailed John Barstis telling him she demanded he file a TRO against JONES
21 immediately or she would immediately tell everyone at the hospital and world all his awful
secrets. John Barstis complied with CALLAHANS threats and blackmail as he had for years.

86. Forcing John Barstis to file a TRO on JONES was much better than CALLAHAN having
23
to murder JONES to get rid of her. With a TRO it would come from the courts and the police and
24 prison would take care of JONES for her. And CALLAHAN assumed she would get the Judge to

 order her TRO to be permanent. They both she and Barstis would have a TRO against JONES

and she would be set to easily force him to marry her since JONES was banished from their life
2 and CALLAHAN had no competition. Since CALLAHAN was filling her own TRO against
JONES she thoroughly knew what a TRO entailed since she had forced John Barstis to file one.

CALLAHAN most of all knew it would take away JONES Constitutional freedom to go where
4 she wanted in life. She knew it would prevent JONES from ever being in the arms of John
Barstis. She knew a TRO would cause her to be able to finally marry the man she had been
5
blackmailing since 2004 to get what she wanted with no more JONES in her way. She had
6 thought because JONES was so ill in 2015 she would never have to worry about JONES again.
But, JONES got well and returned to seek out her true love, John Barstis Oct 2016.

8 87. CALLAHAN was determined to get rid of JONES permanently. CALLAHAN is

intelligent. She was fully aware of what a TRO was as she was blackmailing John Barstis to file a
9 TRO. She knew JONES would lose her right to own a firearm and most civil rights. John Barsits
10 had told JONES he lived alone. (at this time CALLAHAN was staying there at night.)

11 88. John Barstis demanded JONES come to his house on the specific date of March 10,
2017 When JONES went to John Barstis house she parked on the street and rang his doorbell

on his front door. The door was not opened. I left.

89. John Barstis told JONES on March 25, 2017, at 6am John Barstis kept repeating over
14
and over,

MARY I AM SO SORRY. THIS WAS NOT MY IDEA. I HAD NO CHOICE. I
16 AM SO SORRY.

90. On March 24, 2017, John Barstis signed the Petition for TRO against JONES and the
18 Court signed the ORDER for TRO the same day.

It was served on JONES April 03, 2017.

91. But what JONES lost was the right to see her true love all these months, and for the
21
rest of her life which injured JONES more than anything in the world could have. For all
22 these months CALLAHAN has had John Barstis to herself with no competition and has been busy
every few days she will withhold his drugs to make him feel the withdrawal at a time she had
23 been giving them to him for 2+ years and was withholding it for about twelve hours so John
24 Barstis would be jolted into physical withdrawals of opiates, which is a horrible withdrawal, but it

 did make him know abruptly he could not live without CALLAHAN as she was his pusher of

the drugs, his supplier, his provider of all the supplies to give the drug such as syringes, needles
2 and the endless supply of the drugs she injected into him. John Barstis said he did not know where
she got the drugs from and he did not know where she kept them.

4 92.The day JONES was served with the TRO she became numb from the onslaught of the
injury of her psyche of knowing how all her life she has searched for her true love finding it on
5 her deathbed in the form of John Barstis and getting well, and then getting two illnesses again
6 2015 2016 being on a ventilator after two surgeries and then going back to find John Barstis with
their being together again, and then at the hands of the most ruthless cold calculating jealous evil
7 woman, CALLAHAN to again lose John Barsits in what was a totally engulfing unreal happening
8 to JONES in the United States of America and JONES was 64 years old and John Barstis would
turn 67 in August. IT IS MOST CERTAIN JONES WILL DIE NEVER BEING WITH JOHN
9 BARSTIS AGAIN IN THIS LIFE BUT IT WILL BE ETERNAL DUE TO THEIR AGES.
10 JONES did experience hours of sobbing which repeats almost daily at the loss of her true love at
the hands of an evil jealous woman Rena Desai CALLAHAN.

93. CALLAHAN acted with intentional and blatant egregious disregard for the harms

of her forcing John Barstis to get rid of JONES forever in this life.

94. On July 6, 2017, CALLAHAN brought her clothes over to John Barstis house and told
14
him she was moving in. John Barstis told her no she wasnt as it was his house. But
15 CALLAHAN had already started withdrawing his drugs putting him in withdrawals so he would
know he could not survive without her supply him with the drug and administering it to him. John
16
Barstis told CALLAHAN he was going to call 911. CALLAHAN said we both know you are not
17 going to do that.

18 95. In 2017, CALLAHAN wanted to get rid of JONES her competition for the affections of
19 Barstis so she told Barstis to file a TRO against JONES so she would be arrested and placed in
prison if JONES ever tried to see Barstis ever in her life again. JONES is 64 and Barsits will be
20 67 in August. Callahan is 42. Barsits wife is 66. Callahan wants Barsits to divorce his wife.
21 CALLAHAN already controls all his information.

22 96. Barsits told JONES before she was served he was very very sorry that he had no choice
that Rena had made him do it OR IF he did not file a TRO against JONES,
23 CALLAHAN told him she would tell all his secrets. On April 03, 2017, Jones was served with a
24 TRO prohibiting JONES from ever in her life seeing Barstis. ON May 03, 2017, the court

 ordered the TRO to be permanent against JONES lasting to 2020 and could be extended until

the death of JONES.

97. Upon being served suddenly without notice, JONES received a shock to her psyche
3 emotional system. JONES loved Barstis more than anything in life. The TRO was without notice.
Just unexpected with a knock on the door where upon she learned she could never for the rest of
4
her life see the man she loved or compete with CALLAHAN for his love and affection as using
5 blackmail CALLHAN had taken it all away.
6 98.JONES grieved as if her true love had died suddenly. But for her it was worse than death
7 as he still existed somewhere in the world. But for CALLAHANs blackmail JONES would still
be alive to contact and see Barstis. As it is, JONES feels dead to the world.

99. Since April 03, 2017 JONES has never recovered the deep shock to her psyche. She will
9 never get over the deep excruciating pain embedded deep in her heart and soul. It is evil to use
10 blackmail on another. It is more evil to use it in the Superior Courts to cause harm at the result of
the court order because of CALLAHANs blackmail. JONES cries herself to sleep every
11 night. CALLAHAN should be punished with money damages and punitive damages for such an
12 evil act all on the stage of the court using the laws and the California Police.

13 100. There is no punishment harsh or great enough for CALLAHAN with cavalier actions
egregiously extinguishing her romantic rival JONES with her boyfriend with the evil blackmail
14 she has used on Barstis ongoing for years.

101. JONES feels her life has ended. CALLAHAN is young. She is married to a man named
16 Andrew with children.

17 102. JONES now as a result of CALLAHANS heinous deed could be arrested for just being
near Barstis at a grocery store especially as Barstis has an evil revengeful girlfriend living with
18
him. As a result of this blackmail to make him file a TRO against JONES incurred the loss of
19 many federal and state Constitutional rights most notably her loss of her 2nd amendment rights to
have a gun in her home to safety. She lost her right to her 5th amendment under TRO, her 6th
20
amendment, her 7th amendment, her 14th substantive due process amendments and equal rights
21 protection and her right to trial and jury trial when something as serious as civil rights are being
taken away. She lost her civil rights to liberty and freedom.

103. As a result of this CALLAHANS blackmail of Barsits making him file the TRO against
23
JONES with final judgment restraining order to 2020 and ongoing, JONES incurred a plethora of
24 injures. The Restraining order will cause JONES irreparable harm taking away her California

 Constitutional rights of freedom, California Constitution Article I, Section 1, 2, 7, 13. 26. It

took take away her Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Now, JONES may not have a

freedom to come and go as she pleases. Taking away JONES rights will creates a pathway for

prison. It creates a record in the court registry, which will cause irreparable harm to
4 JONES who has never been arrested or a police report made. It has and will cause
irreparable harm to Mary Jones, who did not harm CALLAHAN.
