MODEL: SE 302

HE Density Measurement and Calibration Experiment System (Model: SE 302) has been designed
for students to study the principles of density measurement and site calibration. The system consists
of industrial grade instrumentations to exhibit a realistic working environment of a true density
measurement.

The equipment is self-contained constructed on an
epoxy coated mild steel frame with four lockable
castor wheels. The pumps, tank, instrumentation and
valves are strategically located for easy access. For
safety reasons, the control panel is protected against
water splashes. The process piping are made of
industrial pipes.
All electrical wiring are laid in flexible PVC conduit
and instrument cables are screened. Individual
starters to the pumps are provided. Power cable for
the pumps is laid in separate conduit from instrument
cables. Identification tags are provided for every
major item found in the equipment. A mimic diagram
is also included.
