Note 1: Though it is a rarity, if you find some numbers are incorrect based on the BSE stock code you enter, try the alternative code that Google Finance
provides. For instance, you can get Bajaj Auto's numbers using both "532977" and "BAJAJ-AUTO". You can do a simple Google Search like "Google
Finance Bajaj Auto" and it will show you both stock codes. Use the one that gets you the correct numbers.
Note 2: In the top cell of Column E that shows the stock price chart, just change the number to show the chart for that many days. Example - If you want
to see the price chart for six months, enter "180" in Cell E1. As I realize, you can see charts for approx. upto 2 years (720 days).
Note 3: Get daily prices of the stock(s) of your choice. Just enter this formula mentioned in double quotes in a cell - "=GOOGLEFINANCE("Stock Code","
price",TODAY()-365,TODAY())". So, for instance, if you need to get BHEL's last 365 days's daily price, use this formula - "=GOOGLEFINANCE
("500103","price",TODAY()-365,TODAY())". If you want just 30 days price data, replace 365 with 30 in the formula. Here is a sample table I have created
for BHEL below:
