Two (2) hour preparation time immediately prior Chairs with cover
to the Event proper for the purpose of Registration Table

One (1) hour clearing time immediately after the Service Waiters and Food Attendants
Event proper. Guests, suppliers and other Complete sets of utensils, dinnerware and
representatives must vacate the Venue at the glassware

Use of air-conditioning system and house lights Purified Drinking Water and Ice
