1. Market Description (customized)


Doppelganger Printing Services has segmented the market into two groups,
organized by the type of product that they purchase. The first group is customers
that desire an already created graphic image to be placed on their items. The
second groups are those that prefer custom artwork to be placed on their items.
Our business has decided to divide the market by the products that they purchase
because it offers an intuitive, easy method of targeting the two different groups.
An additional reason for segmenting the market based on the two products is
because the demographics for the buyers of two products are distinct enough to
group them separately.

Graphics- This is group purchases a customized products that has existing graphic placed
on the product. This is the less expensive option and lends itself to low production
numbers, as low as one, since there is not the inherent expense of artwork creation.

Artwork- This segment prefers having custom artwork created and placed on their shirt.
They generally have the image or style in mind and will direct the artist to create it.

inside and outside of BCC Sum-ag Campus.
2. Future Outlook and Trends
Doppelganger Printing Services is looking forward to have our own shop and trademarks
wherein we can be able to present our customized products that customers can identify
our artwork than to other competitors. Mass production may also differ in the needs of
our consumers. For 21st century, currently we are in the trends of using quotes or what
we called hugot we may able to apply it in shirts or bags depending on the taste of
customers. People now a day preferred to have customized shirts for birthdays, debuts,
weddings, funerals and etc. that actually shows the picture. Or they may choose to have
customized giveaways that represent their own style and taste. In addition those
celebrants or having special events are more likely the target customer since they are
willing to pay whatever amount that will satisfy to their taste the quality and durability.

Doppelganger Printing Services for printing and photocopying will joint venture to some
schools since there are some teachers are used to have test papers for giving exams and
quizzes. We may also widen our services like bookbinding, tarpaulin printing and etc.
that will cater in our customer needs.

The demand for customizing products becomes higher as years pass by due to the
clothing taste of millennial. They are more likely favorable to the uniqueness and
creativity of artwork most specially ages 15-25 years old they want #hugot quotes that
