Case Manager
The Case Manager allows the user to apply different operating cases to a particular frame, cylinder and
driver package. Once a new "case" is added, the user can input new stage data including pressures,
temperatures, pressure drops, gas properties, capacity load steps, etc. The user can also assign the
currently selected cylinders to their new stage assignments. Ariel 7.X will allow you to run 200 cases.
The Case Manager window will run on top of the other performance windows and will allow the user to
leave this open while performing other operations within performance.

Create Case - creates a new case by copying the last case. Case number is listed at the top of the
Service / Stage Data page. A new name can be made for each case

Delete Current - deletes the current case selected.

Configuration Manager - creates a pop up window showing the list of cases created to allow for more
reporting options.

Perf Reports - runs all of the cases selected (with the select checkbox) and stacks the performance
run outputs in one report.

Perf Summary - runs all of the cases selected and provides a summary report of the performance.
The summary data is defined by the Summary Field Configuration.

AdjRun Reports - runs an adjusted run on all of the selected cases and reports the performance
output in a stacked report.

AdjRun Summary - runs an adjusted run on all of the selected cases and provides a summary report
of the performance as adjusted. The summary data is defined by the Summary Field Configuration.

Report Manager - Allows the user to run reports of different output functions for all of the cases
selected.

The Case Manager columns can be copied to and from Excel for more convenient manipulation of larger
lists of Cases. To copy to the clipboard highlight the column, or neighboring columns, hit Ctrl C for
copy. To copy into Excel, right click in Excel and hit Paste. To move from Excel to the Case Manager
use the copy feature in Excel, then highlight the appropriate column(s) in the Case Manager and hit Ctrl
V for paste. Only entire columns can be copied out of the Case Manager. The appropriate number of
Cases must exist before copying into the Case Manager.

A right click on an individual file will provide a menu for case management, allowing to add, insert,
delete, copy... cases.

Performance and Adjusted Run - will run the performance or adjusted run for that selected case.

Add Case - will add a copy of the current case to the end of the case list.

Insert Case - will insert a copy of the current case immediately below the current case

Delete Case - will delete the current case.

Summary Field Configuration

The Summary Field Configuration allows the fields to be chosen for the case Summary Reports.

The Performance Summary Case Summary allows a brief view of the case results and allows a view of
the performance of individual cases from within.

Adjusted Run Reports and Summary

When running the adjusted run for an individual case, a "Save Adjustment" button will allow the
adjustments to be saved in that case. When running the summary of several cases, the "Save Adjustment"
is accessible through a right click on a given summary case, or a selection of summary cases.

Summary Package Comparison Graph

Packages can be compared graphically from the Performance Summary or Adjusted Summary. Run the
Performance Summary or Adjusted Run Summary for multiple packages then right click on the field of
interest to compare (Flow, Power, HP/MM...) and select Show Column Data Graph. Click on any other
cell to change the graph for another field.

Allows generation of selected reports for all cases selected in the case manager.
