Planetary Gear Motor with external hydraulic motor for rotation Rotary Actuator

- Improved stronger design for rotation mechanism of boom

- Helac is better suited for back lash, overload conditions and long holing where the Bonfiglioli in these conditions
will have cracked housing
- All moving components are internal within the Helac, better for the harsh conditions underground environment.
- Can handle drilling abuse, designed to prevent mechanical damage

Screw Compressor

VR-II will use the Sullair ES6 screw compressor

Screw compressor offer many benefits when compared to a piston compressor.

Screw compressor are maintenance free, less troublesome and the most reliable compressor due
to:
The duty cycle of our rotary screw compressors allows the compressor to run up to 100% of
the time. There is no need to over-size your compressor to allow for cool down.
Screw compressors operating temperature are lower than piston style compressors . This
means screw compressor will have a longer life.
There are no pistons or rings to wear out. Screw compressors are maintenance free other
than your normal filter changes
More efficient pressure and consistent pressure output. This means the screw compressor
does not have to operate as hard as a piston compressor.
Screw compressors have less equipment maintenance and far longer component life than
with piston units.
Screw compressors offer more air per horsepower, reducing energy requirements.
Screw compressors are designed simple. Only require filter and oil changes on planned preventative maintenance
scheduled.
Screw compressors are quieter than piston units, more flexibility in installation and
are a maintenance free components.
