TUTORS IN DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL EDUCATION (HM & FW DEPARTMENT)(42/2017)

The following corrections in the above notification are for information of the candidates:

For Tutor (Non-Clinical) post, the candidates with MBBS qualification have to write
the exam with the paper Medical Science & General Medicine for Paper-II, the syllabus of
which is already given in the notification for Paper-II of Tutor (Clinical) post. Hence the
change in syllabus of the Paper-II of Tutor (Non-Clinical) is as follows:

For the post of Tutor (Non-Clinical), the vacancy position which is shown in the page
9 of the notification has to be read as Department wise instead of Subject wise
and as per the norm 2 of the Schedule-I of Medical Council of India (Amended upto
8th June, 2017), the Non-Medical candidates with MSc (Medical in concerned
speciality) may be considered upto the extent of 30% (50% in case of Medical
Biochemistry) of the total vacancies notified against concerned department and the
candidates with MBBS qualification will be considered for all the vacancies notified
against all departments. Hence the change in vacancy position of Tutor (Non-
Clinical) is as follows:

of Medical Anatomy, Medical Physiology, Medical Bio-Chemistry, Medical
Pharmacology, Medical Microbiology will have to appear for a separate paper in their
concerned subject.
