Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

If I could start my career again, I would seek to be more entrepreneurial to have


my own independence and risk having my own business with this I would seek to
improve day by day.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

During my performance tests, I pay close attention to everything they tell me and
tell me not to go outside the parameters that request, listen and think before
speaking.
3. Tell me about your last position?

My last position was as a scheduling consultant, a very nice position where you
learn a lot in the banking sector, although it is a very routine position. The pay is
good although it varies a lot.

4. What is your work philosophy?

My work philosophy is to work very hard to get good results and in the end will see
the reward.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

In the last two years I have changed professionally, since I have allowed myself to
study to acquire new knowledge and a better job. My goal is to finish my study in
order to have a new promotion.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

Well the best manager I ever had was in the first job where he gave me the
opportunity to work in the administrative part and to be able to change my lifestyle,
he showed me the importance of having all the best of himself and not being a
person poor with everything I do in my work life, professional and person.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

My most memorable achievements in my last position was always to meet my


monthly goal and stand out among my teammates.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

I want to leave my current job, not because I'm bored because I want a change in
my life and I want to improve my financial situation.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

Well in my previous job I spent a week in training to learn how to do my work,


although in practice I was able to apply everything I learned and new questions
arose that I solved and that helped me to improve my work.
10. If youre very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

I am not bored in my job, and if I want to go is to look for better conditions that I
can get to improve my lifestyle and that the changes are good to acquire new
knowledge.
