Here are your guidelines on how to use your coupon code, pricing guidelines, and contact information.

Coupon codes for 20% off Regular Priced Items & 5% off Sale Items are in your email
Use your code on the final Checkout page, right next to the Place Order button. Make sure to use the correct
coupon code, as the 20% off coupon is only valid on non-sale items, and the 5% coupon code stacks on top of sale
items. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

PRICE: Our pricing is extremely dynamic: options and turnaround times affect the price, so unfortunately it is
impossible for us to provide you with a complete pricing matrix. However, you can easily get a price right on each
product page. Simply go online and select the specifications of each product desired. (See screen shot 1 on the
following page.)

o The PsPrint Low Price Guarantee: If you should find a better advertised price for any printed product
with the same printing and finishing options within 7 days of placing your order, PsPrint will refund the

PRINT READY CHECK LIST

What file types are accepted?


PsPrint accepts print-ready files in any of the following formats: .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ps, .psd, .tif. We can also print raster
images (.tiff and .jpegs) if they are submitted at high-quality, uncompressed 300 dpi resolution, 8 bit, CMYK color mode.
Each side of your artwork must be a separate file.

What is your accepted file resolution?


All images must be at least 300 dpi. Banner resolutions should be submitted at 1200 dpi for optimal quality. See our
Banners File Set up page for more information:

What is the accepted color mode?


All files should be sent in CMYK. Any files submitted in RGB or Pantone will be converted during preflighting, which may
result in a color shift or colors dropping out.

What are the bleed requirements?


All files must include a 1/8" (0.125 inch) bleed all the way around for all full bleed files, with the text no closer than 1/4"
(.25) from the inside of the document size. An example of bleed setup for a 4" x 6" postcard would be 4.125" x 6.125".

What are the font and transparency guidelines?


Transparencies and other effects must be flattened and fonts outlined. is a trade printer which means that we accept
camera ready artwork only. Not flattening transparencies or outlining fonts may result in some text or graphics dropping
out from your artwork.

SUBMITTING YOUR FILES

How do upload my files to PsPrint?


You can initiate the upload process anytime by clicking on the green "My Artwork" button at the top of any page on our
website. Then, you can log in to your account and follow the instructions for uploading new files (one at a time). You can
also upload artwork after purchasing a job by following the online instruction.

Is there a maximum file size and how long will the file upload take?
There is no file limit to the size of file you can upload. Time will vary depending on file size, number of files being
uploaded, your connection speed, and other programs running on your computer. A small file can be uploaded in less
than one minute while a large 50 MB file may take 20 minutes to upload. For best results, we recommend uploading files
via our standard upload process when no other programs are open.

If you have a large file (i.e., larger than 25 MB), we recommend that you initiate the upload process by clicking the "My
Artwork" button at the top of any page on our website. Then, you can log in to your account and follow the instructions
for uploading the file. Your artwork will then remain in the "My Artwork" section of your account for at least two years.

TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING


What is PsPrint's standard turnaround time?
Turnaround time (production turnaround time) varies by product, ranging from one to ten business days. Same-day
production turnaround time is also available for some products. Check the turnaround option for the specific product
that interests you. In addition, you should check our site to ensure that your turnaround time will not be impacted by an
upcoming holiday.

Turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been
uploaded, attached and approved. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we receive proof approval.

If your job or proof is approved by 6 p.m. PST (9 p.m. EST), turnaround time begins that business day. For example, a job
for three-day turnaround that you approved by 1 p.m. PST (4 p.m. EST) Tuesday will be shipped out to you by end of
business Friday. Please note that PsPrint production facilities are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result,
these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time. In addition, turnaround time does not include shipping
time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

Does PsPrint guarantee turnaround time?


Yes. PsPrint guarantees turnaround time when all requirements have been met by client to begin turnaround time
period. While PsPrint strives to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. In the event
that PsPrint misses a turnaround commitment, PsPrint will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges
or a courtesy rush on your next job. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted only if
the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date, the
client does not want us to process the order.

Please note that PsPrint assumes no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages
resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival date-also known as delivery date-is an estimate
only. As a result, PsPrint cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our facility. To minimize
shipping delays, we have selected UPS as our preferred shipping partner, and we will make every effort to work with you
to ensure your job arrives on time.

What shipping methods are offered?


We offer a range of shipping options: ground, 2nd day air, next day air, air cargo, Greyhound, and pick-up. Pick-up is
available at our facility in Oakland, California, for west coast zip codes or at our facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for
east coast zip orders or at our facility in Chicago, Illinois, for midwest coast zip orders. In addition, we offer mailing
services if you want us to mail your printed piece to people on your mail list. Please check pricing for different shipping
options during the shipping and billing stage of the ordering process. Pick up orders will be ready at the end of business
day on the target due date.

Is drop shipping or blind shipping available?


Yes, simply select Blind Shipping when entering your shipping address then the return address on your shipping label
will display as your billing address and PsPrint branding to be completely absent from all shipped materials.

Can I use my own shipping account?


Due to frequent complications surrounding pick-up scheduling and order tracking we are unfortunately unable to
arrange shipments through outside or personal shipping accounts.
Can I pick up my order?
Will-call pick up is available from our Oakland, CA Chicago, IL Bethlehem, PA facilities. Entering a local zip code to
either of these locations after adding a job to your shopping cart will give you the option to select will-call pick up.
Please keep in mind that jobs are guaranteed to be ready for pick up by 5pm on your target completion day.

ORDER TRACKING
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Youll receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by credit card, and your card was approved,
this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on
how to resubmit your payment. You will also receive confirmation and/or update emails between the time of order
placement and order receipt. For example, once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

How do I view my order history?


In order to view your PsPrint orders, you will need to log in to your PsPrint account. Then you can click the "My Jobs"
button at the top of any page on the site to review your orders and printing jobs.

How do I track my order?


We use order numbers to identify and track every print job as it moves through the PsPrint system, from file submission
to production to shipping. An order number is automatically assigned to your print job(s), and you can use this order to
track, locate, and verify the shipment of your print job(s), and keep track of other pertinent shipment details.
