22 D is the correct answer. The shoulder margin is known for providing the greater bulk
in the gingival area, so 4. is not a good descriptor. 1-3 all are characteristic of a chamfer
margin which give it the ease of preparing, versatility, and sleeve fit potential for
restorations.
