My patient Nur Izzati, a 27 years old Malay lady, primigravida.

Her last normal menstrual period

was on 11/10/2016. Her expected date of delivery was on 18/07/2017. Her first scan was done at
Klinik Kesihatan on 22/11/2016, at the POA of 5 weeks 5 days and the fetal parameter was 6
weeks 4 days, which showed a discrepancy of 6 days. Thus second scan was done at 10 weeks of
POA and fetal parameters corresponding to the POA.

She was admitted due to leaking liquor three hours prior to admission.

Any symptoms of UTI dysuria, urinary incontinence, increased urinary frequency

Husband A positive and mother B negative.
