What the users (athletes) want, design the complex master plan according to the
setting or the environment that these users prefer (this is where interviews will
come into play)
What do they prefer in terms of the layout and setup? Cater to their comfort
How do Filipino athletes behave? Their culture/beliefs/superstitions etc?
Futurism - dynamic lines, motion and speed; in line with Art Deco
Constructivism - advanced technology + engineering + materials (plastic, glass,
industrial materials)
SPORTS TRAINING FACILITY
Lack of updated and modern facilities solely devoted to the training, development, and welfare of both
amateur and professional athletes.
