110, Secs. 3-5; Rule 110, Secs. 6-8 as to the prescribed form; Rule 110, Sec. 13 as to
one offense charged; and Arts. 89-90 of the Revised Penal Code as to extinction of

E. Prepare for a group exercise on drafting a Motion to Quash lnformation.
