Notice for the candidates aspiring for admission under NRI/NRI

Sponsored/Foreign National category

Candidates aspiring for admissions in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) & LL.M. Programme under
NRI/NRI sponsored & Foreign Nationals categories are hereby informed that
applications for admission under this category will be invited after the
21st June, 2017. A notification in this regard will be placed on the University website
in due course. The application received before or after the date given in the said
notification will not be considered.
The intake and fee for NRI/NRI Sponsored and Foreign Nationals category is given below:

US $5000 p.a. for the students of SAARC countries and for
LL.M. 05
other Non-SAARC countries it shall be US $8000 p.a.
The fee mentioned above includes hostel accommodation charges also but does not
include mess charges. Interested candidates are advised to refer to the University
website from time to time. In case of NRI Sponsored Candidates, fee should be
remitted only from the Sponsorer account.
At the time of counseling/admission the candidates are required to bring the
following documents in original:
A certificate showing the NRI status of the candidate (Annexure-I) or the NRI status
of the person sponsoring the study, in case of NRI sponsored category (Annexure-II).
High School/Secondary school Mark sheet and certificate in support of proof of age.
Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate/10+2 examinations.
Conduct/Character certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
Transfer/Migration certificate from the Institution last attended.
Affidavit for year gap, if any.
Five color photographs (02 passport size & 03 ticket size).
CLAT-2017 admit card.
One set of self-attested copies along with the original certificates/documents as
mentioned above.
Undertaking from the person sponsoring the study that he will continue to sponsor the
candidate for the entire duration of the course.

duly authenticated by the Indian Embassy/High Commission of the country
concerned along with the application.
