PMO, on August 25 and September 16 to substantiate his allegations about
Controversial Arms Dealer and son of a former Congress MP, Abhishek Verma
involvement in Scorpene Submarine deal, but no action was taken by Narendra
Modi Government.

Whistleblower - C Edmonds Allen had also supplied over the years, hundreds of
documents to CBI and other agencies against son of a former Congress MP, Abhishek
Verma.

The amount of US$ 175 million was allegedly

NEW DELHI: The Central government on Tuesday
rejected claims by opposition and Outlook
magazine that kickbacks were paid in the
Scorpene submarine deal, pointing out that the
facts were contrary to the allegations.

Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee told the Lok

Sabha that the facts of the case are contrary
to these allegations. Commenting on the claims
of the opposition and Outlook on links between
arms dealers involved in Naval War Room leak and
Scorpene submarine deal and kickbacks running
into hundreds of crores in the latter, Mukherjee
said the government has referred the war room
leak case to the Central Bureau of
Investigation.

On 21 October 2016, US-based lawyer cum whistleblower - C Edmonds Allen,

has alleged that Controversial Arms Dealer and son of a former Congress MP,
Abhishek Verma sent Foreign Sex workers to BJP MP and Party General Secretary,
Varun Gandhi & Senior Military Officials to extract sensitive information about
defence deals, when BJP MP and Party General Secretary, Varun Gandhi was a
member of the Parliamentary Consultative Committee on Defence.
Some Magazines have also alleged that CROWN CORPORATION of Nanda Family
were also middlemen for the Scorpene Submarine deal.

US-based lawyer cum whistleblower - C Edmonds Allen, alleged there was

enough evidence against son of a former Congress MP, Abhishek Verma, his
Romanian wife Anca Maria Neacsu, Air Marshal Harish Masand (retd), who sent
Foreign Sex workers to residences of Top Politicians and military officials to get vital
information on defence deals for different arms manufacturers.

Swaraj Abhiyan members Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav alleged that
both Narendra Modi Government and previous UPA government suppressed a
proper probe to ..Bury, the case.., against Controversial Arms Dealer and son of a
former Congress MP, Abhishek Verma.

Narendra Modi Government that came to office in May 2014, also did not pursue
the matter despite being aware that commissions were paid in the Scorpene deal.
No attempt was made to blacklist Thales or any action against middlemen in the
Scorpene deal.

..Moreover, contrary to previous announcements of getting 126 aircraft, the

government has now bought just 36 fighters by paying double the earlier price per
unit,.. he added.

The government should immediately order registration of an FIR against son of a

former Congress MP, Abhishek Verma and Thales in the Scorpene case as well as
come clean on the price negotiations for the Rafael fighters from the beginning till
the end.

The Rafale deal should be scrapped, he added.

BJP Leader Subramaniam Swami had earlier written a letter to PM stating that the
Italian Waitress had received payoffs for the Dassault Rafaele Fighter Jets MMRCA
deal. Offset India Solutions (OIS) a company set up by International Arms Dealer
Sanjay Bhandari won a deal to supply spare parts for 36 combat aircraft India is
buying from Dassault Aviation ( Rafaele Fighter Jet ) for Rs 56,000 Crores.

An Intelligence Bureau (IB) report of 2011, International Arms Dealer Sanjay

Bhandari was in regular touch with a cross-section of politicians, including Congress
President Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra.

Sanjay Bhandari's name started surfacing in connection with the deal to purchase
Basic Jet Trainers (BTAs) for the Indian Air Force.

The deal to purchase 36 combat aircraft from from Dassault Aviation ( Rafaele
Fighter Jet ) for Rs 56,000 Crores, was signed by UPA Government under Sonia
Gandhi, but the acquisitions were made Narendra Modi. It is also very likely Senior
RSS Leaders were also middlemen, since their names figured in Operation
Westend, a sting operation carried out by Tehelka Magazine.
On 21 October, 2016 it was reported in Indian media that BJP MP and Party
General Secretary, Varun Gandhi, who was earlier a member of the Parliamentary
Consultative Committee on Defence, has rubbished the charges made against him
by Swaraj Abhiyan members Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav, saying he
had not met Controversial Arms Dealer and son of a former Congress MP,
Abhishek Verma since 2002.
The BJP MP and Party General Secretary, Varun Gandhi, threatened to file a
defamation suit against Swaraj Abhiyan members Prashant Bhushan and
Yogendra Yadav for linking his name to the controversy.

Conclusion

Little known reasons for poverty in India

Indian Rupee is WEAK, without much buying power.

Indian rupee is weak because of corruption, economic mismanagement and
wasteful expenditure.
A lot of money simply goes out of India due to corruption or goes down the
drain due to economic mismanagement and wasteful expenditure. So finally,
you dont have enough rupee in circulation, as a result people dont have
buying power or spending power. This is one big reason, why India is a poor
country. A lot of small businesses like shopkeepers dont make money
because people dont have buying power. Fruitsellers wait the whole day
waiting for buyers but again nobody buys fruits simply because they are
expensive. This is because Indian Rupee is WEAK, without much buying
power. Again you dont have much currency in circulation because it has gone
abroad as US dollars and Euros.
Then you have inflation to fight.
You have inflation because government does deficit financing.
In other words government spends more than it earns as revenues.
Central Government employees get yearly raise, usually a very good amount
and then there is wasteful expenditure example the bullet trains introduced
by Narendra Modi Government in Gujarat.

How many people will travel by Bullet Trains..?

Only very rich people can afford it, but they will prefer a flight since it would
be more convenient. So Bullet trains will run in losses and Indians will pay
the costs. This is how Indian people remain poor.

I am quite confident by the time Narendra Modi Government demits office,

Indians would be even poorer.
This was even explained by Julian Assange of WikiLeaks fame, as to why
India is poor. When your countrys currency doesnt have much buying
power, you have to earn more and more of it, to meet your expenses, but
when not much money is in circulation, you will have to work from morning
to night to earn enough number of rupees to meet your expenses.
Even when you are ready to work from morning to night, you still wont earn
enough money because there isnt enough of Rupees in circulation.
Using FDI, Narendra Modi Government is allowing foreign companies with
enough Dollars and Euros to buy out India claiming that it is a solution to
problems of growth, unemployement and development.
