General Manager/Owner
The general manager will be responsible for the overall management of the
business. He shall perform the planning, directing and controlling of the business
operation. General Manager also implement marketing policies, rules and regulations,
monitoring production activities and supervise employees. He/she shall also study the
financial structure and cash flow to make that the business is in a very sound condition.
CLASSIFIER
The classifier is responsible for the implementation of quality and variety of palay to
assure that the grade of grains bought and sold are fitted with price that has been
given. The specific duties are as follows.
a) Ensures that the quality of grains to be bought is according to the price of it.
b) Acts as accountable officer to the stocks in transits in terms of quality and
quantity. All cargo in transits is his responsibility
c) Responsible for weighing of the product
Qualification Standard:
Must have atleast one year experience in classification of rice and palay acquired from
previous employement in other grain business.

Driver:
The driver is responsible for bringing the products safely to its destination. The
assigned vehicle to him shall be his accountability. The specific responsibilities are:

WASTE MANAGEMENT:
The major waste that the GOLDEN RIZ will produce is the powdered rice bran
where palay was milled by the rice miller. The rice mill can be used as fuel for digester
if the Golden riz will eventually put its own. The rice mill could also be utilized by the
farmers especially in their seed bedding process.
Rice bran can also be sell to those who have piggery because its one of their
source to fed their pigs. Its cost of 300 per sacks and according also to its class.
HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT:

The manager or the owner will become human development manager itself
because the Golden Riz is start at small capital. The owner/manager evaluate his
employee about the the policy and regulations of the company. Prepare employees to
maintains the structure, scheduling management conferences with employee, hearing
and resolving employee grievances, counselling employees and advice.

The employees is required to go on time on their work. They need to wear their
mask ,loose long sleeve shirt and pants during the working hours. No smoking inside
the warehouse to prevent the smell, no drinking of liquor inside and outside of the
