There will be light refreshments, and a bring and
share lunch if you can stay all day
Paul is a wonderful speaker and teacher. He and his
wife Bryony ran the Harnhill Centre of Christian Healing
for 17 years. There will be a chance to have prayer with
them in the afternoon, so it will be good if you can stay
for the whole day.

Letter from the Vicar
Dear Friends,
It has been a very busy summer with so
much happening everywhere. There have
been various fetes and open gardens
allowing everybody and opportunity to see
God at work in the plants and views and the
fellowship. The Royal Welsh Show was a
bitter sweet experience this year with the tragic loss of James
Corfield and I know that like me you have been holding his
family and friends in your prayers. The show, however,
delivered just as it always does. Allowing so many people from
far and wide to come together.
We are now coming into harvest season. We will give praise
and thanks for the harvest and all of the good things that we
have. There are slightly less harvest services in the Ministry
Area this year due to some churches combining. The is a great
way of celebrating together as well as sharing the workload. For
me it raises the question, how come in our rural areas we can
come together to celebrate as we do at the RWAS but we hold
on to churches as though they are only for us, whilst
bemoaning the fact that other people do not come to our
services. More than ever it is a time to share, support and work
together. Churches do not close through people coming
together and pooling resources. Working together churches can
thrive, battling alone they will die. Jesus shared, so should we.
