Terminal Performance Objective : At the end of the module, the trainer will be able
to:
a) understand the learning styles of

trainers accordingly; and

Terminal Performance Objective : At the end of the training, the trainers will be able
to:
a) understand the concept and scope of TNA;
b) understand the qualitative and the
quantitative methods of data gathering;
c) design and administer data gathering
instruments for performance gap analysis;
d) report TNA findings at organisational,
departmental and individual levels; and
e) identify target participants for appropriate
training programmes according to TNA
report findings.
