QoS Guarantee Principle

The Relay eNodeB occupies the bandwidth of the Donor eNodeB (DeNB). The
priority of the control plane and O&M plane data of the Relay eNodeB must be
guaranteed. This is to ensure that the transmission of high-priority data in the
Relay eNodeB is not affected when the Donor eNodeB or the ground
transmission bandwidth of the Donor eNodeB is restricted. It is required that:

At least one dedicated bearer must be established on the Relay CPE. The high-priority
dedicated bearer is used to bear high-priority VPN data.

The high-priority data (O&M data and control plane data) of the Relay eNodeB must
be born on high-priority VPN tunnels.

If the DeNB air interface bandwidth or ground transmission resource fails to satisfy the
data transmission of the Relay eNB, the transmission of high-priority data must be
transmit firstly.
