Produces hard, dense and durable concrete, highly resistant to abrasion and penetration of water, greases, oils and most dilute corrosive chemical. USAGE: As an integral admixture in mass concrete and cement toppings for industrial factory floors, subject to heavy traffic, abrasion or impact. PERFORMANCE: It facilitates the dispersal of the cement particles in the mix, thus effectively binding the sand and aggregates into an extremely hard, smooth and highly resistant surface, because of its high dispersal factor, less gauging water is required to temper the mix, consequently giving a hardener, more compact concrete, with higher. ultimate strength. Because of greater density and impermeability, concrete and cement toppings are resistant to water penetration and certain destructive chemicals. It does not affect color, and may be used with any lime-proof coloring agent. DOSAGE: Two (2) pints per 40-kg. bag of cement used in the mix. CAUTION: As the material has a tendency to accelerate the set of the mix, it is ‘advisable to add DORON FLOOR HARDENER at the site rather than at the pre- mixed plant if the concrete has to be hauled long distance, particularly in hot ‘weather. It is to be added to pre-mixed concrete at the site, care should be taken that the water content of the concrete be adjusted at the batching plant, to compensate for the addition of the admixture at the site.
