COLLEGE ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM(CAS) is an Intranet based application that

aims at providing information to all the levels of management within an organization. This
system can be used as a information management system for the APA college, Palani.

Main aim in developing CAS is to provide an easy way not only to automate all
functionalities of a college, but also to provide full functional reports to top management of
college with the finest of details about any aspect of college. Core purpose of designing College
Administration System is to manage the task related to the college students/employees and to
reduce time to searching of appropriate candidates in college view.

This system provides the detail structure of the college campus and its departments. CAS
synchronizes the working of all the departments. It looks on all aspects of a college, its students,
faculties, Departments, marks and other co curricular activities.

CAS is the easiest way to manage all functionalities of a college, which facilitates
colleges to maintain the functionality related to college employees and their students. This
project can make the tedious & mistake-prone job easier and faster. It can be used both in top-
level and bottom-level management for daily operation.

All the facilities for retrieving like student information, teachers information, library
management, courses and fees management will be added, deleted, updated and saved in the
project i.e. when a new student will come for admission all the information regarding the student
will be filled in which course he will submitted ,submitted the fees, attendance chart ,teachers or
non teaching staff information, manages the library etc.
