Patrons Day We had a wonderful day
celebrating Patrons Day last Friday. The
students enjoyed their time at Driftless Area
Education and Visitors Center in Lansing,
Iowa. It was warm, but all had a good time.

Saints & Soles - The 2nd Annual Saints and
Soles 5K Run/Walk & Kids Run will be held on
Saturday, October 28th. New this year is a
costume contest for participants! Save the
date and come join the fun! Registration
forms are included in this weeks information
coming home in the brown envelope.

Prairie Catholic Clothing Order In todays
weekly information, you will find a Prairie
Catholic clothing order. Orders need to
be returned to the office by Thursday,
October 12th. A colored picture of items
can be found on our Facebook page.
Progress Reports Middle School Progress
reports will be coming home today in the
brown envelope. Please remember this is a
snapshot of your students grades as of
Monday, September 25th. Please login to
Skyward to view current grades at any
time during the term. Please sign and
return progress report by Monday, October
2nd.
REMINDERS:
Brown Envelope Reminder - Each week
many forms are sent home in the brown
envelopes or via email, which are needed
so that students can take part in many
different activities. Without these signed
consent forms it will be impossible for your
son or daughter to participate with their
class or school. Please remember the
Middle School students have two days to
return their envelope. If not returned they
will receive a detention.
Non-Prescription Medication Please
review the policy regarding Non-
prescription medication. If a student may
need any OTC medications throughout the
school year, such as: Tylenol, Ibuprofen,
Tums /antacid, cough medicine, etc. it
needs to be provided by a parent. These
medications must be in the properly
labeled container with the students name
on it. The school will not administer any
medication to a student that is not
supplied by the parent/guardian.
Prairie Catholic Saints Pride Prairie Catholic
would like to thank everyone who walked in
the Homecoming parade last night. We had a
great turn out and a great time!
Flu Vaccinations On Wednesday, October 4th
the Crawford County Public Health nurse will
be at Prairie Catholic to administer flu
vaccinations. Only students who have a signed
consent form will be included. Forms were in
the information received at registration.

God, work in the hearts of those entrusted with
authority in our society. Help them to love you
with their whole hearts, to treat others with
kindness and compassion, and to defend
justice.
