Sntate organizaional

Obiectivele generale ale cursului:


abordarea principalelor modele i teorii privind sntatea ocupaional
trecerea n revist, a importanei problematicii n contextul organizaiilor moderne i a
schimbrilor economico-sociale
detalierea i prezentarea tematicilor precum: conceptul de well-being; stresul ocupational;
conflictul familie-munca si munca-familie; mobbing; comportamente contraproductive;
programe de prevenie i intervenie privind sntatea ocupaional n organizaii
formarea de abiliti de diagnoz a problemelor de sntate n organizaie

Orar: Curs i seminar Luni 18:00 20:30 Sala: 104

Modalitile de desfurare a activitilor de curs i de seminar:


Cursul se desfoar sub form de prelegeri/prezentri i are un caracter interactiv. Seminariile
se vor desfura ntr-o modalitate structurat, interactiv, incluznd studii de caz, activiti n
grup restrns i n plen, referate i prezentri, jocuri de rol, chestionare.

Prezena este obligatorie att la cursuri ct i la seminarii pentru a intra in examen este
necesar un minim de 5 prezente.

Evaluarea studenilor:
continu: activitatea din timpul cursurilor i seminariilor, interpretri i analize comparative,
proiecte individuale i de echip, teste de cunotine n timpul semestrului, 40%;
sumativ: la sfritul semestrului cunotinele dobndite n cadrul cursului vor fi evaluate pe
baza unui test scris, nota obinut la acest examen va valora 60% din nota final.

Proiectul: n cursul primelor doua ntlniri fiecare student/echip va propune o tem pentru
proiect. Proiectul const n realizarea unei lucrri scrise (5-8 pag.) 1 de tipul unui articol tiinific i
va fi prezentat (puteti utiliza modalitati cat mai creative) i discutat n cadrul seminariilor conform
graficului. Dac un student/echip nu va susine proiectul conform graficului, acesta nu va fi luat
n considerare n evaluarea final.
