1.

The WIP at the critical workstation is inspected as per Continuous

Sampling Plan (CSP) .
2. The value of i is based on number of units produced in a production
interval and the agreed CSP-AQL. (The QC at critical workstation inspects
for all operations performed between previous CIS and the current CIS.)

For example if the number of pieces produced in one hour at the CIS is
45, then sample frequency is D, 26-65 pcs. Based on CSP-AQL of 2.5, this
corresponds to 25.Which means; QC will check 25 consecutive pieces at
this workstation.

3. If QC doesnt find any defect in the number of pieces checked, for the next lot
of pcs produced in one hour, he checks the value of f (For CSP-AQL 2.5, D,
this value would be 1 in every 5 pieces). The moment there is even one defect,
QC reverts to checking the value of consecutive i pieces.

4. For all pieces, which have no defects the garments are passed to the next
operation.
