There are pedestrian lanes which provide for circulation

WEAKNESS
There is a deficiency in the urban design of streets

Directional signs are limited

OPPORTUNITIES
The pattern of street network is Conventional Grid pattern which makes a greater area of
percentage for streets

THREATS
Although there are bicycle racks within the plaza, there is no present bicycle lanes throughout the
streets

There are less covered walkway within sidewalks creating safer and shorter crossings for
pedestrians
