III. History of Present Illness

During the patients high school days, there was an incident when she was

unable to get out of her bed, she was seeing human hands and shadows just

around their house. After that incident, the patient and her mother went to a

hospital in Mambusao, Sigma, Capiz, to have her checked. The doctor was not

able to tell them her diagnosis. Afterwards, they visited several quackery to have

the patient checked. Some quackeries gave them medications and beliefs or

practices for them to follow.

When the patient was 16 years old, a second year high schooler, she went
