Taking into consideration the comments and position papers of various groups on the
proposed 2016 Schedule of Market Values, the City Assessor has adjusted the increase of
market values which is significantly lower than the original proposal. Said revision was
presented during the last public consultation conducted on August 17, 2017.

The Committee on Appropriations and Finance therefore recommends that hereto attached
amended proposed ordinance in consonance with the foregoing revision be APPROVED ON
