EXTENDED STAY-SANDUSKY

AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants by LMN Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as

Kalahari) and you, the employee of LMN Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as you and/or
Employee), signing this agreement,

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. NATURE OF HOUSING: Extended Stay-Sandusky (ESS) is a privilege provided incidental to your

employment at Kalahari. Access for employees of Kalahari to ESS is based on a contractual relationship
between Kalahari and TL Acquisition LLC, the owner of the facility. ESS may be used by authorized employees
of Kalahari and such other persons as determined by TL Acquisition LLC.

2. NON-EXCLUSIVE LIMITED LICENSE TO USE: You are being granted a non-exclusive limited license to
occupy and use ESS for an indeterminate period that generally coincides with your employment at Kalahari.
Neither you, Kalahari, nor TL Acquisition LLC intend for this agreement to constitute a lease nor will it create or
transfer to you any interest in or lien upon real estate. This agreement does not create a landlord-tenant
relationship between you and Kalahari and /or TL Acquisition LLC. Your use and occupancy is being provided
incidental to the provision of an employment opportunity at Kalahari Resort.

3. HOUSING AND DEPOSIT FEES: You will be required to pay a housing fee for the time you occupy and use
ESS. You will also be required to pay a deposit fee to be used in the event you do not return ESS property
which may be issued to you or you do damage to the ESS facility or violate the rules and regulations of ESS.
These fees are defined in a separate document that is attached hereto and titled Housing Fee Work Sheet.

4. ROOM ASSIGNMENT AND ROOMMATES: You will be assigned a room by ESS management. You will
likely have 1 roommate assigned to the same room. It is your responsibility to keep all personal items secure at
all times. Kalahari and TL Acquisition LLC have no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

5. ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT: This agreement cannot be assigned by either party.

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS OF KAH: You agree to obey all rules and regulations of ESS which will be
supplied to you in writing by a separate instrument. ESS reserved the right to change the rules at any time.
Failure to obey all rules and regulations will subject you to discipline up to and including eviction from ESS and
termination of employment by Kalahari.

 Alliance Abroad Group Bicycle Safety Expectations
This document is to ensure participants riding bicycles use them properly and comply with the following
rules and expectations.

Bicycle Usage Expectations Initial here:

Alliance Abroad Group (AAG) will provide a class on bicycle safety during the orientation.

1. Safety Agreement Initial here:

a. I will wear a helmet when riding a bicycle
b. I will wear a reflective vest when riding a bicycle
c. I will wear proper clothing that is comfortable but will not cause problems while riding.
d. I will NOT wear flip flops or shoes with higher heels than .2 cm
e. I will not tie clothing around my body (waist, neck, etc) while riding
f. I will wear proper protective eyewear (sunglasses or eyeglasses)
g. I will not wear a headset or talk/text on my phone while riding the bicycle

e. Proper sized bicycle that allows me to place feet on the ground when stopped and sitting on
the seat

3. Riding on the road Initial here:

I will do the following while riding on the road/sidewalk/paths:
a. Use correct and proper hand signals to warn drivers of my intent.
b. Obey all traffic laws as if I was driving a car.
c. Make complete stop at all STOP signs and RED lights. Cross only after it is clear.
d. Cross streets at intersections or is properly marked for crossing.
e. Ride with traffic; use a conspicuous lane and stay in that lane
f. Anticipate traffic patterns ahead, behind, and around
g. Caution when passing parked cars; drivers will open door without looking
h. When riding on sidewalks/paths, pedestrians have right of way.

abide by the terms and conditions as stated above; I also understand that a violation of any of the rules noted
above can result in a written warning and up to immediate termination of my employment at the assigned
host company and/or ending of my program.
